The Vines respawn no matter what... but when you get them down to 0, they don't count anymore... they respawn, but you don't need to kill them to attack the tree

Try it with 97.... THAT is a pain in the,.. BUM!

And if 8 people can't kill 24 vines in time... they suck!

yeah i know, but I did it once, using the trick to spawn 24.. rush in with 8 ppl only to find out all but 2 went afk or crashed while we were killing those 24, resulting in us 8 having to clear 97 because those 24 werent destroyed in time :P

in pvp even when you use it on someone with high perception, he might still see you but he is under the control of a status effect "placated". This kinda works as a reverse taunt. Instead of forcing the player to target you, you force the player to target something else. I cursed this alot when playing duke in pvp and I almost got a stalker down, only to get placated and just see the bugger run away while I can only chase him but not target him

right mate, signin up my new stone/stone brute for pvp.. though i'll most likely be ravaging BB with duke when pvping

hm, how many guys did it take you guys to take me down in the end lol? All I remember was my game lagging like hell by all the powers fired off, suddenly having 3 rows of buffs (debuffs most likely) and the words held, stunned, immobilized and slowed under it :P followed by 3 or 4 stalkers and a few henchies pounding on me lol

I expect that raid window will be set for at least the upcoming week so people wont keep shifting the schedule so its impossible to raid them

it IS decent sized :P its the resolution that i set so high cause it's optimum resolution for this monitor

aye, the turrets count as mobs and CAN give you debt, however the arbiter drones that will 1shot you no matter what wont give debt.

Anyway, I had some great fun tonight and the duke (yes that was me) will deffo make some more appearances. Would like to thank agent skull / rock eagle for organizing this, you really brought the good side bout pvp back to the public. Loved it that barely anybody started complaining which alas often has the overtone in pvp zones. Btw del, that stalker that was chatting (as i was the hero he was chatting to) didnt AS you, so mustve been some other sneaky git. Or the blinking of my eyes of course must have missed me seeing his attack :P.

Must say that I also had a nice chat with most of villains afterwards. Often them explaining I'm on their most wanted dead list now :P. Had some nice discussions and it shows that even while you bash each others heads in in the game, it doesnt mean you cant treat each other in a civil manner.

Also to you skull, you gave me some nasty situations as well so you deserve credit as well. Also sun stalker and valhart deserve some credit as I've been hunting for them a good fair share as well. Of course, last but not least, my arch rival in PvP, Salome, I WILL get you one of these days, mark my words! We may be tied 1-1 now, but soon I will unleash my true power muhahahahahaaaaa *cough cough*.

Anyway, all in all, great fun, hope to see you again and you can always count on the help of the Ice Duke (well, RL permitting of course)

yeah just ran some tests with some friendly stalkers on it during the union pvp battle tonight, and i found it out myself as well

As a Ill/FF controller I find most of my secondary useless. I have had all the powers at some point but currently just have PFF and the 3 core bubbles. The rest aren't worth bothering with for PvE.

couldnt agree more yet those few powers that you DO pick from your secondary really pay off

make that 3 mate you forgot to add senzafine to the list

yes, dropping your invis in a mob is bout closest you can get to drawing a big target on yourself waving your arms shouting "over here! pick me!". On a slightly more serious note, as soon as you drop invis, you will get aggro. It well then come down to who can react fastest, you or the mob. As soon as the mob hits an attack it doesnt matter if you run, turn invis or whatever, once its started nothing can be done about it anymore.
Also with the recharge time on invis id say stealth/ss is the safest way to go.

About the rest of your build, I'm afraid I dont have too much expertise when it comes down to fire trollers.

hm, i can right click em and select info even when greyed out.. as long as they are in my "personal inventory" (aka already crafted)
