heres how you solve this problem..............................make all of them lol
then after you have played each to say lvl 30 make a decision about what you want to keep or delete -
i have 36 slots on victory with 2 slots saved up from vet badges, ill prolly buy out the other 10 slots that im missing (will be nice since it will be multiple of 5 lol)

the mobs arent ignoring them, they are just standing in front of them doing absolutely nothing instead of trying to attack them

very impressed by the numbers, i rarely have more than 200 mil liquid inf between all of my toons (i proll have 100x that in crafted IOs that are already slotted so it wouldnt count then)
i spend the money about as fast as i make it lol -
specs look fine, RAM is borderline though, 2 GB barely cuts it, i think 3 GB will comfortably run the game

lag is usuallty attributed to network lag or computer running low on resources such as RAM or graphics settings being too high

pretty much any IO you can think of is available for alignment merits, if it is non purple and non PVP then it will never cost more than 2 alignment merits
this is how i outfitted 3 kin combat sets on my ss/wp brute, saved alignment merit got what i needed, rinse and repeat
if i have multiple toons this goes faster and with very very little money output aside from buying the salvage -
the only way i could see this happening is if they made enemies that went into an untouchable phase completely not targetable until the phase wore off (although this would make fighting carny illusionists even worse)

running in a team though its not very noticeable because other poeple are killing the stuff standing around you (i dont think the aggro shifts though, if your an ice tank and taunt then hibernate, things just stop attacking you unless someone else pulls the aggro) -

I can't remember exactly what causes that, but it's a bug that has been around for ages. I do believe the arc is still marked as "completed" though.
Even if people in those cases were unable to rate the arc without completing it again though, it would still more than be offset by taking away the ability to drive-by 1-star.
now as to whether its a bug or not, i have no idea -
the only proc i have in earthquake on my dom is the achilles heel proc

but can always test it out if you want, i can bring a MM and im sure pets wont attack the targets -
ive recently noticed that NPCs have had an AI change which makes them not attack stuff that is untouchable
for example when a player went into hibernate the NPCs would continually beat on him even though he was untouchable, but now the NPCs just stand there and do nothing until hibernate is ended
i have also noticed this with NPCs and Phantom Army, as well as player pets and phasing enemies such as fake nemesis when they hit their PFF
my question is when this change happened cause i dont remember seeing it in any patch notes (im not complaining about the change either, it actually is a boon to my ill/cold because the tough target is not spamming aoes on the PA killing the lolmelee phantasm instantly)
has anyone else noticed this? -
i love my IOd dark/stone brute (and yes i run in granite 100% of the time unless im exemping too low then i just use rock armor since brutes are forced to take it)

if you want free temp power recipes i can toss them your way since i usually end up deleting them anyway and i feel like i get them way too much lol

diamagnetic does negligible amounts of debuff to AVs/GMs due to debuff resist, diamagnetic applies -5% tohit to something without resistance up to 4 times, but if the target has resistance (for example AV and GM which have 85-87% resist to most debuffs), the debuff on an AV/GM would be a measly -0.6% or a max of -2.4% which is half the effectiveness of a single application of the debuff
