free accounts cannot even join sgs, but premium should be able to pay base rent, if not then that is not good (although premium cant create an sg that could be reason for not paying base rent)

it most of the time will not allow you to buy copies of stuff that you already have, the only exception that i know of is costume bundles

mishs are not accessible unless they bought it, i also could tell this was the case because you cant set an active first ward mish unless teammates were in the zone saying "all players on team must own first ward content to play these mishs" or something to that effect
basically, dont own the mishs or not VIP, then you cant play the mishs, even if someone else is the mish owner -

Also IIRC Chrono Shift's recharge bonus lasts for 120 secs, not sure about that but someone told me and can't check the game now, Mid's say 30s but I think it's only the healing and recovery. So if you get the power down to 120s rech it's perma (if I'm right about the recharge lasting longer). Should be perma on this build I'm planning since Hasten is more up than down (she's still a lowbie and yes that's the toon's name - the idea was to make the ultimate slow toon). The s/l/melee defs aren't capped but no biggie for me since ranged is capped and there's the -tohit aura for melee, should be easier on other primaries, because I would skip Time Stop but ice blast has a good hold so I'm picking both:
i also would not skip time stop because aside from it being a mag 4 hold on delayed target, it also does -heal and -regen -
i believe you can become a vip through the market by hitting the "my account page" in the market window then you log in through your master account and should be able to buy sub time there
if not then yeah you have to go in through the website -

and i was only suggesting barrier if a majority of the dmg in the pulse was made resistable
personally since i finished getting the badges i will never run the trial again anyway unless it undergoes massive changes -
Quote:if its hero/resistance themed then i better not run it then cause being a villain means saving poeple sucks lolThere are repeatable contatcs for Villains/loyalists, but no actual zone storyline that fits their views - it's pretty much a Hero/Resistance zone, which it needs to be as its level range is over halfway to the Incanrate content, so everyone neds to be moved towards that path.

My Blaster's hosed even harder, since it requires respecing OUT of my self rez for ONE iTrial. The devs should make Patron/Ancillary shields work like they do in PVP zones - give resistance to all damage types (except maybe psionic). And maybe scale the damage from the pulse to the AT Threat Level - Brutes/Tankers receive the most, squishies the least.
instead of starting with unresistable dmg make it 50% energy dmg then if you hurt AM more it adds unresistable dmg (thematically would work too since he is losing control) and balance more cause teams with lot of barriers would be able to stop most of the resistable portion of dmg -
i think its another zone since you can do FW content on non praetorians as well, there appears to be no loyalist position in FW that you are following

in the time/fire build i made for my defender i can get up to 320% rech on my own (wont be perma though), will have 250% perma though (perma chrono when they fix it for fenders, perma hasten, and set bonuses) then ageless destiny which will give me a brief 320% rech (at that point ill have PB down to about 24 sec rech so 9 sec of downtime is not bad lol)

for the first thing, that is a bug and they are working on it (the store already bought items)
the 2nd thing with the no suppression i think may also be due to a bug, but have no idea when or if that will be fixed -
you could still make the build, but just try to use it when mostly solo or with poeple you know that have the option toggled or dont mind
group fly is really not all bad anymore since it goesnt have the massive tohit penalty it used to -
100% this, keeping AT forums seperate is the way to go, there are other sections of the forums which could potentially be made less confusing in the event of a merge

i think the resistance were designed this way and then they just copy/pasted them for use in the BA (since GR was released at least 6-8 months prior to i20)
they are quite challenging if you are not used to praetorian mobs (since from my experience ALL praetorian mobs are a bit overpowered compared to enemies of the same lvl) -

This was during an Apex TF in the defend PPD station phase and I was using the clockwork that spawn (not the goliaths) and none of the defeated bodies would work.
i cant test this myself though since the highest kheld i have is a 41 WS -
i havent fully played around with echo of galaxy, but from what ive read its my understanding that contacts do exist in echo galaxy but they will not interact with you unless your running a flashback

i think this issue was brought up last week, and it seems the issue is pointing to the flashback trying to use the galaxy city contact instead of the echo: galaxy city contact

well if you havent gotten it yet, might have to go through and see which one your missing, i think i went through all 19 locations 2-3 times on my main to find the one that i was missing

I have been playing my warshade alot more now that I've invested in him fairly heavily and I've been noticing sometime the animation will happen and no fluffy spawns.
