i think they used her cause shes basically the only hero mm out there and pets are a lot weaker than statesman or anyone in the phalanx for that matter
the last thing the devs want is the NPC to overshadow a league of poeple AND be more important than the league -

if its just sitting at 96% and hasnt moved in over 24 hours then its either stuck and needs to be restarted most likely

they had a billing day on the 1st and got an answer back from support about what they are doing with the rewards
as for your first point, if your a premium and log into a server, all those toons will be locked but other servers nothing will happen since it hasnt had to search those servers for toons, so if justice was the only server you logged in as a premium then thats the only server you *should* have to unlock stuff (disclaimer this information was secondhand from a different thread and if its not how it works then i dont know if what your experiencing is a bug or otherwise) -

Thanks for the info. I knew buying it on the market was account wide, but if I wasn't sure about the merit purchases. I hate to spend a months worth of points on something that you can get in-game for free, but having capes and auras from the get-go rather than having to wait until 20 and 30 would be nice.

i have an ill/cold whose really awesome, i personally did take frostwork because it is a great ally buff and helps phantasm stay alive, also with a set of doc wounds it gives you the 5% rech bonus as well as enough enhancement to give anything +994 max hp and with my high rech i can keep half or more of the team at hp cap as well as throwing ice and glacial shields to pump up the defenses

out of all of them of course my main is my fav but my demon trap is prolly my number 2. merc sonic i just made last night rerolled from merc/poison -

ive seen it fairly random, some days the allies i have sit in the mob and take it, some other days they take 3 hits and head for the hills

after playing with disrupt for a bit i do kind of agree that this powers FX need to be adjusted, its cool looking for about 2 min then it just starts getting annoying

Curious, where did you get that information? My searchfu isn't finding that information either way - that it is confirmed as a Tuesday reset or that it is bugged.
Since there is a 7 day timer and it appears to be per character/specific reward selection, I do hope the devs reconsider making it into a Tuesday reset. Right now, if I want to earn rewards per alt, I have to either guesstimate or start a spreadsheet.
A Tuesday reset (like Weekly Strike Targets) would be great. It means we'd still have a 7 day gate but have the ability to gain rewards on our own schedule. I might take my mains Friday night one week but not be free except Monday the next. -
i would head to kings row tille around lvl 10 then head to steel canyon since you get a lot opened to you there as well as positron tf part 1

right now no, the only thing you can do completely out of game right now is buy paragon points on your account management page on ncsoft website

one of the only badges i know you cannot get through flashback is efficiency expert from doing efficiency expert pithers mishs without failing any, this badge is a 1 shot deal either you get it or you dont

i have an ice tank among my 50s, i actually do enjoy ice armor a lot, i just really hate the tanks low dmg, if ice armor went to brutes i would almost consider rerolling especially if brutes got icy bastion instead of hibertank

if you are premium and go on a server, then you decide to upgrade to VIP, you should be given enough character slots to unlock all the slots on each server that you visited while you were a premium (at least this is what im hearing)

i have a partially IOd partially incarnated demon/trap atm, i have been able to solo GMs and some AVs and my toon is almsot softcapping smash and lethal dmg without the FFG
hes the toon i usually use for BAFs because of the pets and such -
very well done, however one small thing i noticed was in stalker.energy aura.disrupt it is still showing a knockback effect in the info and effects tabs
it only takes stun enhance sets and still shows the stun applying so that part is right -
i think the new thing this year will be a halloween themed trial going through a haunted mansion and such
specific details about it havent been released yet -
its $15 per token essentially so if you are 5 tokens off of it you would need 5x$15 worth of tokens, or about $75 worth of pts, at that point it would be easier to just buy the $100 pack (if first purchase will give you 9 tokens)
