    i think a bigger problem with the LFG thing is while queued you cannot enter instanced maps. period.

    while queued you have no base access, and no instanced mishs (hunts and street sweep are about it)

    the +10% def on that is to all except psi, non enhanceable and nonstackable with itself, but it is perma out of the box

    with something like shield paired with that you could still softcap on SOs only

    you can talk to maria without being introduced, i thought i had to run a bank for her on a toon i recently moved to heroside to run her arc, all i did was open the "find contact" thing and she was in there and just let me tp to her and start her arc without touching any other hero mishs

    i could see the reasoning for this though, due to how the event worked it was extremely tough to do on a team size smaller than 8 unless you were seriously packing the debuffs

    i think it will overall be easier to get together though due to being in the queue so you could prepare for it easier instead of having to kill a bunch of GMs to spawn a present

    the wait time on all LFG trials is an average, which counts preformed or partially preformed groups which are only on queue for less than a second and solo people who have been waiting 30+ min

    since the trial required ONLY 4 people many poeple just preformed groups

    the 16m40s rech time is on the pets impact power not the power itself

    technically the rech on the pets power is meaningless since it self destructs but they had to put something in there

    i think the oddest thing ive seen on a power though is the vet buff pet, it says the buffs last like 27 hours (havent actually been able to test to see what happens lol)

    i still need to fix up the build for my elec/psi, i was going with psi mastery for theme and because ill be able to perma link minds and have psi tornado and world of confuse (i like it since i plan to be in melee a lot of the time with drain psyche, conductive aura, psi shockwave anyway)

    thats what i did too

    im saying its badly designed because its almost impossible to just up and form for it right when it starts, it does not give you enough time for the number of poeple required to successfully complete the event
  13. i personally like the absolute amazement chance for tohit because it does -7% tohit and i believe it was unresistable (when the proc was working, i have no idea if its still broken or was fixed or was fixed and rebroken)
  14. the trial was fun, the super giant 200 ft tall EB zombies were awesome

    i ran one successful banner event and was GM hunting when bored or ToTing some

    i think the only event thats really badly designed is the banner event because you basically have 5 min to get 8+ poeple together, make banners vulnerable, and kill the banners within the next 15 min
  15. i agree that buying it is kinda stupid since its earnable in game, but i do support the fact that it is bringing in revenue from those f2p players

    i also agree that the war wolf from the whistle is not very strong and easy to die so its a good choice for purchase on the market, shivans and nukes would prolly be heavily nerfed if they were placed on the market compared to the in game earnable versions

  17. also killing seedlings around the seed of hamidon grant a [bouyant membrane] temporary group fly power which costs 0 end to run and can be bought from the various seed hunters for a small inf cost

    ive prolly spend close to 13000 points on the market so far

    ive gotten:
    • all of the powersets (BR, SJ)
    • 2/2 enhance storage increasers
    • 9/10 recipe storage increasers
    • costume bundles (halloween, COT, barbarian)
    • some emotes from the party pack since it would be more worth while
    • volcanic aura

    and i still have another 13000ish points of stuff i want on my wishlist lol (almost all additional storage)

    It is never stated in the mission brief or on the objectives that this mission is a Defeat All. If I had even an inkling that he had to defeat everyone in the mission, I would not have wasted half my time searching the base for the bomb. He would have just casually gone in and set about killing everyone. When he found the bomb, he would have set it as an "Oh, by the Way, let's blow the place up for good measure"

    I haven't even looked at Pither since. Not on this toon, not on any other. When friends suggest "Hey I have this new contact named Pither. Wanna run his arc?", I politely reply in the negative. If they insist, I go find something else to do.

    But, if there is even a chance to still get the badge, I might take another look.
    yes it is annoying that mish is not labeled as a defeat all, and i thought if you failed any of the mishs then it was a DQ for the badge, but dumpleberry pointed out that it may give some leeway on it (when i run his arc i almost always do it solo at minimal difficulty so never really had issues not completing anything)

  22. im gonna have to go on record and say im not gonna get this since ALL of those powers are earnable in game (1 is craftable, 2 are technically heroside restricted) but still not worth 400 pts IMO

    this weeks item definitely is to cater to the inexperienced f2p players

    you can slot sleep sets into the sleep patch but the proc will not trigger on you since the power is using a pseudo pet and will trigger on the pseudo pet

    it will have 1 chance to proc when you cast it but other than that wont do much for you

    i figured thats what you mean the 2nd time you used it cause why would you use a set with -rech and there are no sets with -rech bonuses anyway lol

    each seeker self destructs in an aoe so if you are lucky they will run into the middle of the mob, but they are completely random as which baddy they target unless theres only 1 target
