    this already exists (and has existed for awhile) but it is only a 1 way conversion

    10 shards -> 10 threads for 1 mil every 20 hours and
    10 shards -> 5 threads for free with no limit

    Bruising?

    resistance debuffs are resisted by resistance, so how much the -resist does is based on the enemies resistances

    it is not affected by the purple patch or lvl differences since it is granting the target a power

    it helps a bit, but since its limited to 1 application it can only do so much at -20% resist, on teams though it helps because since its applying a powr to the enemies everyone does more dmg
  4. RWZ arcs are pretty good and are staged from 35-50 (35+ arc, 40+ arc, 2 lvl 45+ arcs)

    once your in the 40s as well can do tina macintyre and 45 maria jenkins (honestly other than that i dont know hero arcs well enough to give advice since i normally never run hero content lol)
  5. ive even tried to invite poeple unknowingly on the free accounts and it gives me an error message stating that they were not eligible to join because they must be at least reward tier 2 or higher
  6. well they are right it doesnt specify the things become untradeable, and unless they were in i21 beta playing with these things before it went live theres almost no way they would have known.

    Bruising?

    it helps a decent amount, nothing super effective, but there is a noticeable difference

    on my lvl 50 ice/stone tank without bruising seismic smash hits for about 192 dmg, with bruising i hit for around 232, which is 40 dmg difference

    judgement and destiny rech is not affected by spiritual +rech portion nor global rech

    to get lt harris you have to run fire wire or dr webers arc (can be done flashback too), to get one of them though you also have run operative kuzmins arc (op kuzmin is the one that wont talk to VEATs regardless)
  10. a requested feature that i remember between i19 and i20 was to give an option akin to ouro flashback/tf challenge settings that disabled incarnate powers since we do have one which is disable temp powers or only primary/secondary powers so it shouldnt be too hard to add a disable incarnate powers option

    something like this already exists, its called diminishing returns on reward merits, yes you can run an ITF 8 times in a row, but after maybe the 3rd time you wont be making any merits on it

    there is also other time limited portions of reward tables from high lvl tfs too, alpha components are once per 20 hours and so is HOs on LRSF/STF

    so there are already enough things limiting tfs being run in mass on the same toon. ITFs are mostly run because it has one of the largest level ranges and goes all the way up to 50 (mort kal and admiral sutter have the largest range but only cover the mid lvls up to 40)
  13. it does nothing in powers such as speed boost or stamina (because of the fact that people were stunning themselves or greifing others), as for the other powers i dont think it actually does anything in powers that apply to a player outside of pvp

    i believe it works in pvponly against player targets, on NPCs it works but since its only mag 2 stun it only works on minions really
  14. best way to help end issues on dark armor is to get a theft of essence chance of +end and slot that in dark regeneration ASAP (other IOs will help but this one IO will significantly help end issues)

    in i21 beta there were a few mishs you could enter while you were still queued but since it was a bug when it did pop up it just kicked me out of the mish and kicked me out of the queue at same time so i could not rejoin

    i think it should be allowed because if your base editing it could automatically say no, or not allow you to edit the base while in the queue

    i dont know how it would work, but not being able to queue in an instance is a serious limitation of the queue system for solo people to join events and not get bored

    as i said in my earlier post, theres already animations in game for open hand stuff because very common things such as snakes and mako uses them

    i can kind of agree with this, captain mako for example is basically a claw/sr/leviathan mastery stalker but uses his actual claws for attacks instead of weapons, he still does redraw animations and such

    for weapon customization of actual claws just give us an overlay of a natural style of claws and basically just make the non natural claw part invisible so it looks like were using claws, all that has to be done is make it so those "claw guantlet" type things did not redraw and there you go (i have no idea how hard it would be to code, but there are animations in game for using natural claws as mako is not the only one who uses them, all types of the snake enemies use them as well for example)

    im a part time farmer but i would never farm AE due to the lack of drops, when i farm i am looking for purples which are unattainable in AE

    even if they instituted your idea that would not stop poeple from farming AE, the main point poeple farm AE is tickets or PLing, stopping ticket drops wouldnt make them stop farming AE they would just switch toons and continue farming, same idea would go for the person being PL'd, you run out of the xp on this toon just switch toons, if your dual boxing and PLing your own toon you arent gonna care if your 50 isnt getting anything anymore because you can get your other toon 3-6 lvls in 1 run

    and regardless of the changes people will still look to get around the system

    the best thing the devs could do right now is fix the search interface to separate story and non-story arcs (non story could be farms, challenge maps, basically anything that does not have a story)

    the idea that your thinking of would also hurt story mishs because most story mishs are 3-5 mishs long and a majority of them are almost devoid of tickets depending on how the mish is designed, so said player runs out of your capped xp in 2 mishs in a 5 mish arc, they just quit and 1 star it saying "too long with not enough ticket output to add more xp) (and dont say it wouldnt happen with some of the crazy stuff ive seen other poeple post about)

    i only use cleartray after a respec because i have 3 trays of nothing but crappy temp/inherent powers thrown into my tray randomly (come to think of it now its usually closer to 4 or 5 trays), saves me like 25 min of finding and dragging powers around to where i want

    the only thing cleartray will not remove is the AE comlink accolade power
  20. can always like test this on RWZ dummies with a power analyzer lol, it should show a -75% range on the combat attributes window
  21. it was my understanding that once you used an enhancement booster on something it became untradeable period or like an attuned IO where its only tradeable between toons on your own account (which is a reason i havent used any yet)

    i was 99% positive i had to run the bank mish to be introduced to her too but all i did was open the little find contact option and it said i did not know this contact (when i was at maria jenkins) and it let me tp straight to her, i talked to her and started her arc, and this was a toon who had been villain for like 3 years (created villain and everything)

    herostats can be used as a badge tracking tool for both CIT and badge-hunter.com although it does not record badges very easily since you have to do the old badge-setting bind file method to track them quickly

    sentinel will only work with CIT, which as tony states is not up yet (although you should still be able to export live builds with it if thats what you wanted it for)
