so i guess this week is another "pass" from me -
Quote:the patch notes dont say i21.5 media blitz in the title so its not 21.5 yetWhat is going on in Paragon Studios? Why was the patch that broke everything pushed Live? Is this Media Blitz? Where is the rest of it?
And shouldn't you be including in your patch notes that you're breaking blue-side bases with today's patch, so that now ALL SG and VG bases will attack anyone entering them?
Does anyone over there care? Seriously, what is going on? -
im sure it mostly depends on the IO, a lvl 25 numi unique costs around 100-110 mil, a lvl 50 numi unique costs about 35-50 mil for example lol

i think the 2nd and 3rd one look fine as is
the first one could possibly use some changes, but i cant get in game right now to make a suggested costume -
i more consider the stipend just that, a pure bonus to whatever you want, if i want something in the paragon market i buy points for it (usually $5 or $15 packs to cover what i want)
i usually use the stipend to buy something small on my wishlist thats not a limited availability item (i used my oct stipend to buy the party pack emotes that i didnt have) -
as well as adding the wolf pet to the store for an ungodly amount of points lol

Quote:hydra are still only like 0.6 reward scale anyway so even with the attack still kind of pointless to fightPrisoners XP and INF were lowered on purpose due to their extremely limited attacks and range.
They were a Hover Blasters dream during Beta. Lots of reward, no risk.
Rather than add some dangerous long range attacks (like they did with the Hydra in Perez Park when they added the long range Spit that has -Fly in it) they simply lowered the rewards. -
/this, coralax were more thrown in there for the heroes complaining how hard it was to get the badge for them, although with GR that point became moot anyway lol

sb/am doesnt have to add speed if you turn it off at null the gull (is not global but per toon)
can also play stone armor can very easily control your speed lol -
i would be interested but i only play on the victory server

but if you have anything on that server i would be happy to run duo/trio sf/tfs -
-
-
also as a note, incarnate powers have almost trivialized all of the old tfs, even STF and LRSF are cake walks nowadays (avg time to run LRSF is 40 min)
-
if heat exhaustion takes end mod enhances then yes
-
i run avast for antivirus, and have spybot and malwarebytes to clean the malware/adware out, and i run adblock on both firefox and google chrome

perma hasten is almost the norm with some ATs, especially doms, very very easy to build perma hasten because it basically goes along with perma domination
any character can attain perma hasten as long as they have around 110% global rech before adding in hasten which is not super hard to do with sets (although it can be expensive)
my earth/fire, mind/fire, and ill/cold toons all have around 200-210% global rech with hasten active which keeps it perma by almost 10 sec
edit: also welcome back! -
Quote:the phantom lore pets look like illusions decoy pets (sadly they are not colorable like them either)Hey there,
I've got a question about the "Phantoms" Lore pets. What do they look like? I've gotten several conflicting answers, hearing "COT Spectrals," "Like Ghost ship ghosts," and "Like Phantom Army pets" seemingly at random. Can someone verify? I'd copy over to the test server to buy them there, but the Test Server Transfer still seems deader than Nixon.
Thanks.
Later on,
Gate
the boss phantom uses the huge model, i believe both versions of the LT use the normal male model
honestly i kind of wish they were CoT spectrals or something more flashy but they do go well with illusionists -
it is unlocked when you unlock the alpha slot, if you downgrade you should still have the 3rd build since it is most likely linked to the alpha unlocked badge than having anything slotted there
-
they are prolly still working the bugs out of that system, there could have been a lot more unforseen problems cropping up that they didnt know about/could account for
personally if you want the pack that bad its only $5 worth of points so you could always just buy the pack now since it is a limited time sale item (or could wait a whole year, entirely up to you) -
Quote:interesting, im fairly sure i saw them when the notes were released, but i could be mistaken cause there were so many notes to look throughIt wasn't in the Beta patch notes.
I certainly did not see it in the patch notes when they were published on 11/10. I blame this...
Stealth patch indeed.
in either case it appears to be that it was an intended change -
1. if you put a 20% dmg debuff on the baddy they will do 20% less dmg before your resistances are added to the calculation
2. im not super familar with this so ill let someone else answer
3. -dmg is resisted by dmg resistance, the higher resistance to a dmg type the more resistance to -dmg for that type
for example 50% smash resist and 25% fire resist and you do a -100% dmg debuff, their smash dmg will only be reduced by 50% and fire dmg reduced by 75% (i dont think its 100% exact but explains the point)
4. im not sure havent been able to test it very much
