I bought ours (4 copies from the NCSoft store) over 4 hours ago and none of them have shown up, on any of the accounts. We did receive emails stating that the codes have been applied to our accounts. But no steam - unless you count the steam coming out of my honey's ears.... and we feel we have been punked by "costumer service" when they wrote us back (we complained online and by account email) stating that it could be as many as a few days before we even hear back from them, that isn't even them fixing the problem that's just them getting back to us. We have bought all the previous packs, and never had this problem before....

I'm in the US and have a Visa "gift-card-thing". No joy, as Visa won't process the transaction "outside the United States" as they claim.

Any suggestions on that one?

thats weird cause I live in Seattle and Melbourne Aus and use both a visa from the US and Aus for my accounts??
have had no problems

I would get a hold of the Visa company where you got your card, (western union.. or where ever and ask them), if your in the US and NCSoft is also, then Visa is the one having a problem some where

to change the banners
you go into your sg settings
change the logo,
then the colors.
except the changes and then you go into edit base
and buy the banner you want, as Snow_Globe, American Valor & Azrhiaz told me in another post ( sg banners and logo's ) Each banner has to be a different type. You have 12 banners available, so you can only have 12 different logos or letters.

you don't have to leave the base.
I did all the banners without leaving just doing the steps I said over and over
But once you place a banner other then yours it will change to what ever logo and color your sg has at that time.
so you can't move the banners around once you change the logo to the next one you want.
