Erm, no it doesn't. Power Boost will affect things that Dominate won't (for example Elec Controls chaining confuse and draining aura) because it works by affecting the AT modifiers for mezzes and some buffs/debuffs.
Also PB & Domination will combine anyway, which is great for the AOE Holds.
To the OP, I have a mind/elec and it is pretty sweet I must say myself. It is a pretty smooth sail, and cheap to permadom. That is what takes my vote. -
Cannot wait to get this on DVD. I missed the chance when it was out years ago, and only saw half of both movies cause of life at the time. Now I can finally finish up the 4th season. I know I just finished watching 1-3 on Teletoon Retro recently so it is a breath of fresh air to hear this.
Hopefully they will make the movie trilogy they were planning. -

* Marvel does not retain the film rights to Spiderman or the X-men movie franchises. Spiderman is owned by Columbia Pictures, the X-men is owned by 20th Century Fox.
* It is not Marvel that is rebooting Spiderman it is Columbia Pictures.
* It is not Marvel that is rebooting the X-men it is 20th Century Fox.
* Spiderman will not be meeting the Avengers or any other film property that is owned by Marvel because they are different film companies. This includes and applies to the X-men since they are owned by Fox.
* The reason Spiderman is being rebooted is because Columbia needs to bring out a Spiderman movie by <X> date or else the contract would automatically revert back to Marvel and they can no longer make any Spiderman movies. (The X-men fall under the same deal which is why they are making X-men First Class).
* Neither Columbia nor Fox care that they reboot the movie or if the movies end up making the Marvel comic characters look bad, they just want money and also know that almost all of the movie public are going to relate the bad rebooted movies to Marvel and not them (as seen above).
* When Spiderman and the X-men's film license are up and the properties revert back to Marvel, expect Marvel films to reboot the series again

In Belgium we have a 'piracy tax' on all digital storage media. Meaning that everyone buying a harddrive/memory card/laptop/USB storage device/e reader/... pays more for their products than they would otherwise.
As someone who has hundreds of cds, dozens of dvds, over 50 games and over a hundred hardcover books I was f***ing outraged when they introduced it. Luckily I live close to the border with the Netherlands and I just go buy hard drives and stuff over there to avoid the tax. Piracy taxes only punish people who don't deserve it.
I have said a lot of times the copyright has to go to the artist not the company it is a great way to fix this solution. I know I pay the tax here, and I know (thank's to some docs) that most goes to the label.
Although I think a few EU countries have a better foothold than us on certain things, but that is a wait and see
.

Gee thanks ABC, I guess I have no reason to tune into your serialized TV series for the rest of the season since I can't catch up. Actually it sounds like they've given up hope for the series and are simply gave up that time slot to American Idol when it starts. -

TV networks are getting better at providing ways for the average viewer to catch up on missed or truncated episodes for FREE. Nearly all the major broadcast US networks provide the last five episodes of the current running series online either at their own network website or Hulu. Only CBS is somewhat stingy with free replays. This assumes the primary reason people seek out ways to download an episode of a currently running series is to catch up and not collect the season for future viewing.
Even BBC America caught a glimmer of understanding why fans of Doctor Who in the US are torrenting down the series. We don't want to wait weeks or months from when it was shown in the UK and we don't want to watch an edited for time version so BBC America can stuff in another three commercials an hour for The Graham Norton Show that's already two months old. So surprise, we get to see the latest Doctor Who Christmas special on Christmas. What a concept.
It is still good to see for people to have this option if they do not have a DVR system. -

Indeed Z_M, the Minotaur spring was awesome. Also I did find out that my DM actually has a copy of the game in his closet. So we will be planning to sit down in play it once. When it happens I just might need to post a review of the game.

It is your choice on what you do in your life, but there is positives and negative to everything in life. Also I still will stand by my point is that the entire copyright laws need to be overhauled.

My thought on this is that the solo friendly City of heroes will require teaming to reach the new level cap. That doesnt seem a good thing to me. Not just easier to reach the (pseudo) level by teams but to actually demand it in forms a trials which as a long time player, I'm sure you know implies a taskforce type activity.
With the little info we have on this, I would not think anything of it yet, until more info is released. -
