You can hunt Fake Nems all you want in Grandville and there is a lot of missions with them in it. -

Got on rolling now. Absolutely love it. It has a good smashy feel to it. Def once you hit in the mid 20's I would look into frankenslotting instead of SOs and of course Stam at 20.
Also usual standard do not take the immobilizes they will negate your KU. Between Mud Pots and Hot Feet you can take either or both if you want to. I did prefer hot feet over mud pots because of the small radius mud pots have (also keeping as much blue as possible).
If you got more I can pull up the build I am going for if needed. -

And honestly, I do believe measuring a server's population solely by just looking at atlas park at any given time is a good indication on how busy that server is. It may not be completely accurate but it gives you a pretty good idea.
There is a lot of stuff for people to do that might be occupied, or maybe just maybe people could have themselves on hide due to the RMT problems that was here.
Pretty much using on zone (which could turn into multiple instances) as an indicator of pop per server. -
Yes and no. As a /regen you should have HP capped easily, so it does not get that big bump like a scrapper does. But I know with my build if I hit IH it does turn me into a godly mode. This is mixed in with placates and the crits, and my primary.
I would say in my opinion, for that time it can make you pretty much unstoppable; although YRMV. -
From my point of view, just doing a global search of all peeps that are not hidden, is my starting point. I find that sometimes that the zones can be a bit quite, but there are peeps everywhere looking to join a team at any level.
Also check out Triumph LFT, it is a great way to find random PUGs out there. Finally if you are gonna run some TFs make sure you join Triumph Watch 2.0 or 2.1. These can help you out getting some teams together for those.

Trust me, I've had to explain to players with 48 month vet badges what basic powers like O2 Boost and Increase density do. All servers have players who even after multiple years in the game do not understand gameplay basics.

It is a good idea Az. I have seen a lot of new comers on the server over the last little while and pug'd with quite of bit of people. They are really liking it here.
The main premise the person is complaining about is that we "only" do ITFs or just solo. Saying it is dead when there is a lot of activity is going on...aside from people willing to join him on a TF he wants to do.
What they are wanting is another Freedom. This is why they brought up merging the servers, a few times before the free transfer and after. A person like this affects our server more cause people remember negative stuff more than positive.
From my view over the last few weeks we have been very active in everything, from mothership raids, and trying a Hami, to tons of SFs and TFs forming constantly. This just hit a high point saying we need to drop my name to attach other people cause Virtue is RP and Freedom if PvP.
I am sorry if this seems I am adding more foolery to it, but I am running though my chat logs to make sure I tell my view on what they say and not made up stuff.
