Keep in mind that it is my only controller and so it is my first build, althouth i have respec several times and I am quite happy with the current built.

I was actually trying to figure out if it was possible for me to slot my toon for perma-haste, and unfortunatly the result wasnt really good.

Even if i drop about 8 Bil or so; with my current setup i've figured that i could only go up to 178% recharge on Hasten, if im not mistaken to be able to achive perma-haste I will need 205% recharge ??

The second part of my question would be realated to Siphon Speed ,
I am actually trying to figure out how much recharge(%) you are getting from Siphon Speed ?

Also, slotting holds(IO) in Siphon Speed will give me more recharge(%) ?
if not, is there any others enhancements that i can put in to get more recharge(%) ?? (I have 2 slots available in Siphon Speed)

Hello There,

Let me first that that I have been playing this game on and off for a long time, mostly to have some fun, so nothing more than just grouping and missions, etc..

AE system and also auction is all new to me, also the word IO is pretty confusing to me, I do understand after reading many post on the board that they are enhancements lvl 50+ that are better than SO.

My question is quite simple,

I have a defender lvl 50

Empathy
Flight
Teleportation
Fitness
Leadership
Power Mastery

I have no attacking powers at all.

What set would you go for, if you idea is to buff and heal?
Where can you find it ? or is it possible to buy it from another player and for how much ?
