When not in the game world - I.E. enhancement management, costume editor, etc - the screenshot key doesn't in fact save the picture in your screenshots directory, but it does copy the screen to your clipboard.
Just open MS Paint or MS Photo Editor, paste the image and save it. -

Is the stupid question thread?
Cause... well... most know I'm possibly the least techie person on the whole of the Co* forums... so... uhm... I've got a scanner... it's in the closet... up on a shelf... it worked like maybe two or three computers ago... yeah, anyway, the disks things that came with it that told the computer how it worked and all that... yeah, long gone. Anything I can do or do I have a really long, flat paperweight?

Well, I'd say there are two things you could do..
1) Plug it in and see if Windows has native support for it - I use MS Photo Editor to scan a lot of the time. Photo Editor is in the Microsoft Office Tools, if you have Office.
2) Check the companies website to see if you can download the drivers for that particular model.

Well I'm not gonna pay for image hosting. I have my own webserver, I just prefer not to increase it's traffic load if I can help it, so I don't put stuff like screenshots up on it.
I'm not using bitmaps either... I was using the game's actual screenshot function, which saved them in jpeg format, so no conversion should have been necessary, and they're all smaller than a meg, which is what photobucket claims to be the file size limit...
Yet they still get shrunk

Have you tried
xs.to ? -

uhoh.. time to register at a picture upload site... :S

I'd recommend xs.to for pic hosting. Even TA can view pics from there.
Edit: (Of course, for some reason, it isn't responding right now.)

Grats on the play! What one is it?
I was in several many moons ago... Cabaret, Doonesbury, A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Little Shop of Horrors...
Great memories.. Great fun! -
Very cool! Looking forward to it!
BTW, shouldn't it be X/Z/Y coordinates?
Hopefully this'll make it easier to define curves and arcs rather than grimacing over Excel trying to work out sine curves and arc-sines and tangents and arc-co-tangents. >_< -
Heh... I can't help but think, "Did he fire six shots, or only five? Do ya feel lucky, punk?"
Good job so far.
(BTW, loved Castle of Cagliostro.)

Ummm....
....
I'll be in my bunk....
(Nice!) -
That looks great! I like 3d renders, but the faces are usually quite plastic-looking. This looks good though.
...of course, doesn't hurt that it's a demon face.
Very cool.. or rather.. very hot! -
Damn.. that looks nice!
Can't wait to see the power effects against the background, too. -

What I find interesting about this game is the HUGE age difference. I've teamed with people between 12 and 43.

....waitaminute...
You teamed with me?
(BTW, for what it's worth... I've teamed with people in their 60's.... my wife's parent's.)

*runs back shaking fist* Damn whippersnappers!
I actually didn't start until I was about 19-20 years old which was back in 1989-1990 (put down your calculators...I'm 35).

35?
Damn whippersnappers... -

Ummm... Have you been drinking again Graver? Hasn't anyone told you to be careful when you log into Pinnacle Server?
-
After seeing the proctology pic.. I can only imagine why he'd be flipping you off.
-
If you continue to have problems with Photobucket, I use xs.to for my hosting.

I agree, that is quite good. And I think the way you did it just made it look more dark and brooding. And makes the red stand out like neon lighting. Your 'fast and loose' looks really good.
Something about complimenting a person on being 'fast and loose' seems wrong........

lol I had that same thought but didn't wanna ruin the sentiment lol!
*high fives*

Yeah, well.. For some reason, the same comment would be taken in a different light from you TA...
Very nice, LJ... -
Well, at least I know what Kat needs for Christmas..
...
Scratching post - with replacements.
Like the artwork, too. It's simple, but the way the marker is used in the background is nice. Particularly the outline. It makes the character really pop off the paper. -
Cool video....
...and Happy Birthday Squirrels. -
Hey.. Just wanted to say it is looking great..
I felt a little self-conscious about posting the pic of Gate after reading through the rest of the thread more thoroughly...
Bottom line.. it's your pic, Juggs... I'm just a cheerleader here. -
Sorry didn't get this to you sooner... had to take care of real life issues.
This is Gatecrasher . He's the head of Unstoppable Nation on Pinnacle, and has several alts spread across the servers. He's an Inv/SS tank, and the best damn tank I have ever teamed with. A great player and a fun guy, as Gatecrasher he's the uber-tank.
Back when you could herd, he was running the Eden trial.. got to the section just before the first wall - the huge room with the bridges and bad guys all over the place. One of his teammates turned and said' "Hey Gate, think you can herd this room?" He says "...uhhhh.. ok...."
... and proceeds to herd probably well more than a hundred DE into one of the small pockets that made them all bunch up... -
Wow... Beautiful piece.. I can't wait to see the improvements you and TA have worked out. As it is, I think this piece is amazing...
...although I have to agree that it does look rather clean for an Arachnos victory in RV. I would expect it to be darker... more smoke, although not so much as to obscure the scene.
A quick question... saliva isn't good for a keyboard, is it?
Love seeing your work, DJ...

What about Gatecrasher, also known as Generator RS-88?
-
I tried to download the update... Gave me an url not found..
-
I'm kinda late to the party here... if you can call it that..
You will be missed.
Best of luck on Tabula Rasa.
