I actually kind of wonder about that... Like, no offense, the story was great, the plaques are great but.... did you forget to read the plaques before writing?

M-1 is described under the "Tank" exploration badge (location is in one of the pictures in the article, guess which one! Whee games!)

Though the meteor point isn't her, that's the statue inside City Hall in Atlas Park, the one you get a badge. She's the one who gained Citizenship for every country in the world for that act.

Blizzard apparently doesn't benefit from +dmg buffs applied to the user - so, Build Up, Aim, Fortitude, Fulcrum Shift, etc, don't do anything for it.

If I'm not mistaken, I think most all of the "rain"-type powers are similarly unbuffable. That part, I'm less sure of.

That little circle with a kind of 'X' on it under your color palette? That there is your problem! Click that and make sure the circle is now black and empty, and you'll be able to change the colors of your hair without ruining your carefully crafted costume!

Slight Update! Nothing large and amazing, or even by me!

I've gotten hit with Alt-itis, so I've been running around enjoying the game, so I havent' tweaked with the base much! But I did find something really nice by MrOsterman!

He put together a really nice post about how rent works! And since Rent is a section of your base you have to live with (please don't come here and post about how rent is teh evil, and blah, blah, blah, Hero Food Stamps. This is supposed to help people who are curious about bases) I figured it would fit in just right in here!

So without further typing, I give you....

Very handy! I hope it helps you understand how rent works atleast somewhat! It's a bit tough on those who aren't good at math, but it's a great post, and the visiuals aren't half bad either! (rawr!)

Well I liked your plot. I actually snagged it to use the idea for my SG's base, only we're shifting things around. We're still looking into the idea of Secure rooms, but several of those are bigger then what we want, so it looks like we'll be upgrading to a larger plot anyway.

We're not all gun-ho about Raids, but it seems to be the only thing to do with our base. And for some reason, we like the idea.

True, the CoV SG Registration is in Port Oaks, towards the middle of zone. In fact, it's in the large building with a reflection pool in front of it. I believe it's due south of the Hospital and SG Portal, but I'm not 100% on that.
