I've seen my pet rock get a first warning, but never stacked past that. If the AV's really focus on a pet it'll probably be dead before it could get to three stacks unless great effort is made to keep it alive.

It seems to work just fine with volcanic gasses.

I for one welcome our giant doppelganger overlords.
And I think some of this stuff is just the devs messing with our heads. -

Quote:NOW I realize it's a mask. These old eyes don't work as well as they used to......Thanks, but um...er, you do realize that is a small black mask, not glasses..? The mask around is there to mimic the black marking around swans' eyes, not so much lady gaga.
Nah, that's a lie. They never worked well. -
Seldom: I really like those designs (especially Infernal) except for one detail. Those dark glasses on Swan make her look too much like Lady Gaga. Course that might work in your favor if the the judges are Gaga fans.
I also REALLY like Xenophage's Luminary. And Bullet Barrage's grimmer look for Libby. -
Per Paragon Wiki's in-game timeline, Hamidon created the Will of the Earth and then took his current form in March 2003. Other DE creatures were sighted shortly after. So Woodsman would have died sometime between then and April 2004 (the game's release.) No idea about when he got started though.

Kheldians are epic in the sense that any time one is around, special mobs designed to kill Kheldians show up.

Attention OP: Paragon Studios is not a charitable organization. They probably won't worry too much about losing a player who's never going to pay anything.

I asked this guy about evil. His response is below.
Quote:Evil? Your evil is my good. I am Sutekh the Destroyer. Where I tread, I leave nothing but dust and darkness...I find that good! -
Quote:To really rub it in have Praetorian Hami killed by the combined efforts of Flambeaux and Sky Dragon.
And if you want to completely humiliate Tyrant and leave him broken, that would be the way, have primal heroes take out (or at least permanently keep at bay) Praetorian Hami. Even if you don't believe Tyrant's goal was keeping humanity safe from the Devouring Earth, Tyrant always believed he was the biggest baddest guy around. For Primals to succeed where he failed... crushing blow to the ego. -
Quote:This was pretty much my point. People only 'chose' to follow Cole because the alternative at that point was a horrible death. This isn't directed at you personally since you aren't the first or tenth person to make this argument, but it saddens me that so many people actually believe they had a choice. Or that they get to make that decision for all the people born subsequent to their decision.

As far as Cole having been 'chosen' to lead, I'll offer up this anecdote from Resistance member Vagabond:
Quote:This was probably Tyrant's SOP for 'saving' people. Wait until the situation is so desperate that it's either get behind Cole or become compost.Kiddo, I gotta say, I've seen cold before, but Wardog always seems to hogwash the cold that I thought I've seen. I watched him drag that Matherson fella away and tell me to be ready to move. Thing is though, Wardog ain't the coldest thing I ever saw. You wanna know what was the worst? I'll tell ya. It was back in Rome, you know, before it was destroyed. I was servin' in the Italian militia, we were holdin' out against hordes of Devouring Earth. It was the third or fourth time in my life that I was pretty sure I was gonna die.
I was laying in a pile of debris, watchin' the Devouring Earth charge into the main city. And you know who I see, watchin' the entire scene from a skyscraper?
Cole. I thought we were all saved! Here was that guy everyone was talkin' about. And you know what he did? He watched Rome burn. When all hope was just about lost, he swooped in there, like some sorta hero. He saved everyone else who was left, but of course, the Devouring Earth destroyed whatever was left of Rome's government, meanin' big bad Cole had no competition.
Me? I survived, 'course, but that's another story. We got bigger fish to fry now. -
The real answer is spend the inf outfitting whichever characters you like playing the most.
If you go for purples and the sought after pvp IOs make sure you focus on one character at a time. If there's a 50 that you like playing the most then make that one the best you can on your budget. And since you're playing that character a lot then improving it is also going to bring in more inf for funding other upgrades.
On the other hand, 1 billion isn't going to go very far on purples. You can buy several entire ATO sets (especially for some ATs) for the price of a single purple (especially the damage ones.) If you're spending more of your time playing the low level characters than the 50s you'll probably get more fun for your inf by equipping them. -
Rikti weapons: Awesome
Lack of access: Disappointing -
For red side I'd rather keep having my own war ship from part 1. But I know darn well I'm gonna get screwed out of that before the story's over.
