Hi and yes Im avere that ppl have asked this b4 but i cant find anywhere how to get this badge after being lvl 30

I have done the Tarixus mishes from Orobouros and did not get the mish that is needed to get the badge so how do I get that specific mish from Tarixus trough Ororbouros to get this badge?
plz help
