IMO, those EULAs should never be enforceable. That would be fair. Unfortunately what's fair doesn't have much relevance in the law because, if TonyV is correct, companies like NCSoft pervert the law and our court systems to benefit themselves at our expense.
If TonyV is correct, and if NCSoft ever goes after somebody for this, then this is an example of a company that is doing great harm to the public as a whole. -

The only way I would be ok with build switching without visiting an NPC would be:

IS it normal to be able to see through a Goldbricker by looking into the fan on their jetpacks?

Just because sprint is a toggle doesn't mean you have to leave it on. Co* has two default speeds, jogging and sprinting. While walking might be a nice option from a RP PoV forced jogging would but very frustrating. At some point realism gets cut for game play.

Closed beta...cause 15 people can't try everything!
This also helps explain the F&F closed beta we have now. Since there are more then 15 of them they can test a hell of a lot more before letting the players smack it around with hammers.
