I'd really like to find those old posts...I just like to make sure >_>
  2. my second account is Premium and was able to fill out Tier 5 in Rewards, I see I need to reach Tier 7 before I can use IOs again...do I have to completely fill Tier 7 or just unlock it before I can use IOs?

Oh boy...did he have both his builds filled w/ IOs?

Furthermore, the fact that the Alpha slot was added to the Going Rogue beta after it began, and was subsequently removed from that beta before it went live indicates that Incarnates were never intended to be included in the package that is Going Rogue.
If I remember correctly, and I believe it was Positron that said they removed the Alpha Slot from Going Rogue because it wasn't working as intended and ended up being pushed back because of it.
  4. The restrictions on video game discussions is just as silly now as it was when it was first implemented.

I'd be content if I was able to still get the numerical values while not getting the set bonuses. But...it's probably <standard coding rant here>
  6. I wish they'd reconsider on IOs that you've already bought and slotted on now Premium Accounts...

As if that wasn't bugged enough, where the hell do these guys get off having stealth that they can attack you from without revealing themselves? NO other mob in the game does that! That's not a challenge, that's 'have a power with +Perc or tons of yellows or get ready for an exercise in frustration'.

Just gives me another reason to hate iTrials; they break bloody normal content too!
never got hit by the confusion...but all of them having Tactics ruined my Shield character's day...

RNG hates me when I run the Underground Trial...I've yet to receive anything above a common, I typically receive the rare table on my AoE based characters in previous trials, not so much luck in this one -_-

It'd be a terrible shame if that were to happen to such a nice, respectable thread. Capiche?

eh...I'll fall victim regardless to those w/ powers, even if it's not intentional or all that bad in the first place.

Going Rogue did not, even in the most extraneous way, indicate that you would have access to Incarnate content in perpetuity. In fact, absolutely everything related to Going Rogue made the opposite claim: if you stop paying you get nothing. The fact that you can now get more than nothing is not a violation of the terms of the original agreement in any logical sense.
still feels like I'm getting jipped if I paid for GR already, not asking for anything else.

my second account is premium and I feel I should have access to everything that I paid for, I would feel differently if it was a free account that hasn't bought anything.

oh well, I guess them's the breaks.

  12. your reply confused me...

You needed GR in order to do Incarnate Trials
You needed a subscription to play.

Since you can play for free now, all I'm saying is that you should have access to Incarnates if you bought GR. Not gonna fight tooth and nail for this like some people, just saying.

    Points...and I

still a bit much...1200 points for a single AT
  14. I guess I'm just missing something >.>

What do you normally run on? have had different people in global channels mentioning they had to drop their difficulty because they left it on something like x3 or x8. I think the only Task Force mechanism is that Bosses will be Bosses regardless of settings and can't go below +0.

That'd be fine if the default +0 difficulty actually was +0, but it's not, it's "+0, or +1 if we randomly feel like it, which you can bet we will at the absolute least convenient times and places within the mission." I'm not down with that. It's why I'm playing at -1 in the first place. It's not because I feel like beating up blue minions, it's because I don't feel like being beaten up by orange lieutenants.
The game in general has always been like that though.
  16. did the trial w/ my main tanker...I think I'll chalk up bad luck to the Infected Extinction War Walker...AoH was just unpleasant, spent half the time confused or dead before it died.

I am certainly not going to avoid it because it is too hard.
did it on my lvl12 Dark/Dark Blaster and my lvl14 Beam/Sonic Corrupter, took a few hits, but not very troubling.

I won't deny it can probably be problematic if you're difficulty is set too high, but that's easily fixed.

Given that in the Freedom model you get Going Rogue access for free when you subscribe, it appears that subscribing is the only requirement, but the two requirements still stand. Therefore, owning Going Rogue, but not subscribing, means you do not have access to Incarnates (but do have access to other stuff!)

Now, do I agree with this? Not really, because of the marketing snafu that was postponing Incarnates, but that is the way it is.
All of this, if the prior agreement was that you had to have GR & a subscription to access the Incarnate System, with the game being a hybrid model now, you should be able to access the Incarnate System for just having bought GR.
  19. Just throwing this out there again, the EB has no ranged attacks (unless they rectified that already), so he's easy pickings for hover blasting, also, he's susceptible to knockback.

    Drama!!!

that was a somewhat short lived catch phrase I was using for a while

    Infinity, we know drama.
  21. gonna have to try this on my main tank, only have taken squishies. We had more trouble wuth the infected regening war walker than AoH.

lack of intelligence isn't really the key phrase you're looking for.
