Previous run: 1 hr 58 mins with 15 deaths (probably an average time)
Next Previous run: 2 hrs 44 mins with 32 deaths (one of the longer ones)

I put you down as an alt - we may have fallout or may run two teams depending on the number of sign-ups.

    Heal Farm ?

Well, I wouldn't mind getting in on this with one of my villains - probably my brute Mr E-Villain. I also would need the 400 rep for the LW2 gladiator.

I feel like gear really missed out, I didnt know about freedom horde at the time and I wasnt a forum goer so he only did the cap SF and bison.

Oh well, his time is done, from now on its Miracle Beam! (for red/co-op TFs)
It is one of the longer (if not the longest) SFs villainside - It takes a lot of time to spawn Duray in the last mission. And while there is only one defeat-all, most are multi-objective missions & one is an escort.

This SF also features some of the rare hero side maps: Tsoo Tattoo Parlor, Pwnz Mission map, etc

The contact is Silver Mantis, but through the mission computer in the team leader's base.

  6. It was a fun night!

We started off the evening by taking down Deathsurge - which is always nice.

The majority of the team were all lower level, so we pretty much fought through everything en route to our objectives (we even cleared all of the branches in the last mission).

We were rewarded with a nice chunk of XP (I went from 18.5 - 21 during the evening).

    The Team:

    Fuzz Ball
    Neon Widow
    Miracle Beam
    Hatake Asuna
    Cyber-Warfare
    Little Ear
    Ewing.
    Luchs.

I had Fuzz Ball lead since Neon Widow was not at the level cap for the SF - to make things a little easier for everyone.

    Virgil Tarikoss SF: 2/3/2010

Yes, we had a...few...deaths (23), but nowhere near as bad as the last couple of times running this (64 & 39 respectively). I thought our completion time was pretty good though...considering our fight through tactics.

Thanks for joining everyone! Next week will be the Silver Mantis SF! Look for the sign-up later today or tomorrow.

My suggestion is to bring whichever char needs the Silver Bullet (wolves) & Slayer Badges (vamps) - while you may not get them from just this TF, you will get pretty darn close.
  8. Just a reminder...

    This is tonight!

It is looking like just the one team, unless we have a bunch of last minute adds.

  9. A Mr E-Man Production

    Featuring Energy Arc

Mission: Master of the Dr Kahn Task Force - Return of the Reichsman
    Contact: Dr Kahn

    Level Range: 45-50

Combatants: 5th Column, Arachnos, Rogue Isles Villains

Arch-Villain(s)/Hero(es): Schadenfreude, Invincible Reichsman, Reichsman, Countess Crey, Nemesis, Vanessa DeVore, Gyrfalcon

    Current Team Roster:

    1: Energy Arc: Eng/Eng Blaster
    2: Dr. Hollywood: Emp/Psi Defender
    3: RadiaGin: Rad/Dark Defender
    4: Opressive Blaze: Dark/Fire Tank
    5: Scruffy: TBA
    6: General Gintoki: WP/SS Tank
    7: Luna: Grav/Kin Controller
8: Miya Moto Musashi: Kat/SR Scrapper

    Alternates:

    Chronarch: MA/SR Scrapper

    Task Force Stats & Info:
    • This task force requires a 4-person team to start & I will set it to No Temp Powers (which includes Veteran Reward Powers) & 0 Defeats
    • 6 Missions total (includes 1 talk to)
    • Badge(s): Column Breaker & Master of the 5th Column Task Force for No Deaths/No Temp Powers (no guarantees :smirk: )
    • Merit Reward: 20
    Mr E-Man’s MoDrKTF Mission Notes:
    • General Instructions: Stick together & follow instructions. Always let the Tank grab aggro first – even before debuffs. This is a work in progress.
    • Mission One: After we port to the 5th Column base, the AV is in the next room, so beware if you go exploring.
    • Mission Two: We will most likely take out the portals using ranged attacks & not worry about the 5th Column, but we will determine that based on team make-up. As soon as Invincible Reichsman spawns, please exit the mission (either via Ouroboros or the red exit spot). The mission will time-out without anyone in it.
    • Mission Three: Glowie hunt & end boss.
    • Mission Four: Talk to Tina
    • Mission Five: Glowie hunt. Each glowie spawns an ambush, so be prepared
    • Mission Six: If we have a Stealth/TPer, we will just go to the end room, if not we will clear to it. Tank/Scrappers only in melee with Reichsman. The rest of the team should form up together to share heals/buffs. As each AV awakens let the tank grab aggro before attacking.
Come & join in the fun...and send Reichsman back to the cooler! Sign-up here or send a global message to @Mr E-Man

We were higher level going in than you were, so it's definately possible that you got that much XP. I know I saw you level at least twice.

So when you gonna slot her? :smirk:

I usually do not start (seriously) slotting until after I can slot 30's (prior, the only stuff slotted is what drops that I can use) - since I can, I will try to log her in & at least get the common IOs slotted & see what sets I may want to work on.

I did a little bit last night, but I was pretty tired & did not finish up.
  11. I had fun - the +2 was a little rough at times since Proto Charge is practically unslotted

I hit lvl 28 last night & I thought I started at just under lvl 25 (24.8) - is it possible I gained that much xp?

I added you in as an alt - we do get no-shows occasionally.

Also, if we get enough sign-ups, we may even run 2 teams.
  13. This is tonight right?

It has been a long strange day so far...
  14. Mr E-Man

    Just for fun

"Turg went down like a Regen Scrapper & ruined our Master of.. run!" - I have this set to spam every channel I am in...and it doesn't matter if Turg is even on the team.

    Strike Force Info & Stats:
    • This Strike Force requires a 4-person team to start
    • 6 missions
    • Badge(s): Binder of Beasts
    • Merit Reward: 13
    • This will be pretty much a "Fight Everything en route to the Objectives" run - just an FYI in case you were looking for a 15 min speed run
This will be a return (of sorts) of the weekly Wednesday villainous SFs. Time to start leveling my widow! :smirk: Keep in mind that there are much less Villain SF’s to pull from, so I will be mixing in some Story Arcs through Ouroboros & MA arcs to fill in the gaps! If you are looking for a nice planned out schedule to link to like Luna's...you are going to be disappointed...I am not quite so organized.

Sign-up here or send a global to @Mr E-Man - grab a villain & let the mayhem begin!

Yeah - you are all to blame...

    I'm going to bed.

    Somebody clean up this mess!
  19. Our team did not fair as well...

    It was a rough night!

We lost Dark Machinist during the 2nd mission do to RL aggro.

And an ambush spawning on top of a squishie ended the Mo run...but the rough night did not end there...

Romy did not break - which caused the majority of the defeats - but I am happy to say we were able to fight through & complete the TF!

    MoITF: 1/27/2010 - Failure!

Thanks for joining everyone - it was a fun run none-the-less! No events are planned for this weekend (from me), but I'll have something posted for next Wednesday soon.

Congrats to MB's team for taking it to Romy & grabbing the Master of... badge!

  24. It was a fun night in Faultline! I'm not sure, but I do not think we had any deaths on our run last night!

Should we petition for a special Master of the Faultline Arcs badge?
  25. Well, we are full plus we have alts...we'll see how things go.
