If you have chosen the 'Super-Reflexes' power-set, then you could choose 'Elude' which as well as making you impossible to hit for the 2 mins whilst it is active, it also makes you sprint almost as fast as 'Superspeed', if you slot it right you could have it either so you could run at a ridiculous speed & have it recharged not long after it powers down.(it does cause a drop-off in end though) but nothing a quick rest shouldnt take care of.
Think of it as a multi-purpose power should you need to cover a zone and a half in triple quick time, whilst being unhittable.

Im free all weekend, Sat or Sun is fine for me.

I was on all last night and regularly checked for both Deluge and Threads.

Lose Psychic Wail hunny!- In my opinion its' end drain is the worst thing in the Psi-set (even when slotted),... tried it for 3 days before consigning it to the trashbin.
Best in Psi-set: Telekinesis blast- 6 slotted with knockbacks for pure entertainment value .
Psi-Tornado for AOE, epic Telekinesis hold is VERY useful and only slighty thirsty when slotted right.
Epic Dominate is pretty darn handy too, as is mass- hypnosis after you can slot it several times. With those combined you can keep mobs either thrown across the room, groups of them pinned in corners (for the scrappers and blasters to pick off), thrown off their feet with tornado or safely in the land of Nod (Mass-Hypnosis.)to be picked off one at a time.
In short you're not gonna have the optimum powerful/useful set i'm sure till you respec near the end and cherry-pick the best ones for your style of defending!.
Manoevours makes the difference, Oh.. and take EVERY empathy power! even absorb-pain, i know it gets a bad rep, but i find i use every power in my empathy set in battle and find them all massively useful.

I was a dyed in the wool teleporter from as early as you can get it - waaay up to lv 50 coz i thought it went with my bio (RP'er you see)..... but it is only useful for long distance travel mid-twenties onwards plus its quite thirsty and hard work too! (i'm sure i've buggered at least one mouse left-click button because of the current tp set-up) so i recommend taking hover as well.
I think i had 5 50++ range enhancements and 1 53+ end reduction at lv 50, and believe me you can really scream across the map at a fantastic rate. However i repec'd for fly as primary travel power as a defender if you are into patrolling to help people out, you have way more peripheral vision not having to 'tilt and pan' about surveying for people in trouble after every 'port'.....
Teleports great if you know where your going! straight A-B and just want to get there quickly, if you want to patrol choose fly, its slower but way more control and 'feel' for whats going on around you or underneath you because of the welcome absence of FX flashing and noise with every 'port'
Plus with fly u can press 'r' and sit back and have a cup of tea .

Try both hun, and respec if needed, can't hurt.

I'm level fifty but have hardly done any of the tf's, i think 'trancendance' is done and Eden, apart from that , drop me an in-game tell, i'm horribly addicted so its very possible you'll catch me on duty, especially in the evenings.

2am! - that early? - Reporting for Duty Sweetheart!

I am trying to add rooms to my base, although i have both the room and the prestigue to add a new room the option remains red on the grid altenating between 'room must not overlap' to 'room must be connected by.......etc'.
There is one grid spare between rooms and you can see the doorway automatically generated yet the option remains red?, any ideas?, i have searched on forums and websites to no avail

Any help appreciated

Mummy's going to be off duty for a little bit, as i have to go into Hospital for a knee operation, (all that fighting crime has taken it's toll on my poor old bones!), To all my littleones who know me - i trust you will take care of the crimewave in my absence .
So don't worry i haven't left, i will just need a bit of time-off and a rest afterwards.
I plan to make my triumphant return Mother's Day under Atlas.

Absolutely not! - theres' life in the old dog yet!.
I have only done 2 Taskforces!, also plenty of badges still to get and i enjoy helping out the littleones in my usual hangout 'The Hollows'.
I think people will be able to call on Mummy for some time to come....x
