Great work Infinitron! - hard pose to get right on the perspective, nice job! - love the 'webbed-up' helpless Longbow!

Sad to see you go
,
It seems only yesterday you were posting on my semi-retirement thread.
Arctic Princess is a great character, I've enjoyed teaming with you immensely on TaskForces, heres hoping NorCals/NCSofts efforts will entice her back in the future, ...back where she belongs.
Warmest Regards.
Mother's Love. -
Nothing 'Lame' about it whatsoever!, your first level fifty is always a big deal.
Congratulations Erik. -
I wish you all the best with this.
Its a challenge and a half I'll give them that!,
I helped manage to get our team all the way to The Web and Two pillars down before a blaster got one-shotted by Recluse.
Now please excuse me I need to go stand in the back garden and scream till my pigtails stand on end!

The original onslaught has stopped as Kashi describes can now be triggered through completion of the Lady Grey task Force (introduced along with other Issue10 content).
The respec you have clearly earned with the release of Issue 9 or 10 since you've been gone.
Glad to have you back onboard MechWolfos, and congratulations on the new colleagues you've brought with you. With Issue 11 not far off now you've picked a great time to return.

You thought she was kidding?, You thought she was crazy! .... but Mumsy never lies.
The blueprints have been studied, the original drawings are well under way, the digital artwork... ongoing.
Mother's Love has been absent from the skies of Paragon for the last couple of weeks, she has been on assignment for Portal Corp where a new dimension has been discovered.
Recently classified 'Beyond Top Secret' - this first contact scenario with an alternate reality holds a few surprises for Heroes and Villains alike.
Opening this Christmas with a trilogy of Paragon's finest.
Prepare yourself....
Kittenz is koming!
[FAQ]:What is City of Kittenz?
I have been searching for the right project to celebrate everyones creativity in-game. City of Heroes/Villains (as you all know) has the best costume creation system with billions of combinations of looks for your avatar.
I have encountered such great creations in my time on duty in Paragon and the Rogue Isles I felt the need to salute your creativity.
Cut to the chase Mother, So what are they exactly?...
Inspired at Memorabilia 2006 by Marvel Bearz and also a fan of Marvel 3Age.... - In essence, 'City of Kittenz' is an Illustrated range of superdeformed vinyl-toy caricatures of the Heroes and Villains we all know and love and encounter on duty.
You drawing everyone?/OoOoh,OoOoh Draw me!,DRAW ME!
As much as I would love to draw you all, this is something I do in my sparetime and the high-tech method of drawing random names out of a hat will be utilised. Not everyone running around without a cape will be eligible, nor is this either confined just to Veterans. Mother will be looking for Heroes with a security clearance of around 25/30+ who take pride in their Costumes,Badge-collections and biographys and are clearly investing in their creations.
If you have posed for Mother after being asked "Would you mind if I take a picture dear?" there is a good chance you have been or are in the process of being 'Kittenized'.
Will more be coming?
I will unveil a trilogy of Heroes to start with this Christmas showcasing the Female,Male and Huge bodytypes,
After which more will be added (depending on workload) once every month a new Hero/Villain will have their alternate reality self introduced. -
I recommend hanging out at the upstairs bar in Pocket D, you will soon bump into some roleplayers.
-
I did 'notify moderator' clicky this yesterday,... so i guess Kerensky is just really, really, really busy with the Halloween/Issue 11 schedule.
-
"The total compulsive inability to resist a detailed monologue and rundown of your secret plans in front of your nemesis when you think your victory is assured!" ... has to be the most hilarous, lovable and well-known attribute of any self-respecting Super-Villain.
-
Ahh, I See!,
So,Ummm... How would that work with Online records?, presumably they would have to be behind you watching over your shoulder at a LAN Party or something? -
This is from memory, but I believe the 'Guiness Book of records' way of verifying things is that is has to be done 3 times in a row in front of a representitive of theirs before it is officially recoginised, as is the case with breaking speed records in a jetcar.
-
Very nice, but purply defence sets are going to mean that nothing really will change in PvP in the long run.
A case of the 'Unstoppable force meeting the Immovable object' all over again in the IO set arms race.
There is not going to be unbalanced PvP slaughtering everywhere. -
No Wait!, Far Seer!, Come back!......
We've got The flashback system, weapons customisation, new powersets and a new level of rare invention salvage!.
Come Back! <laughs> You've picked a hell of a time to leave!
-
Agreed, I enjoyed that.
Welldone London Ranger!. -
Awww, another old-timer from Union departs.
Hope to see you back onboard in the next couple of issues Far Seer ...when hopefully new features, powers and zones will tempt you back.
Good luck with the new MMOs.
Kind Regards
Mother's Love. -
Not 'City of Heroes' related but I wanted to share this superhero-themed work with you for purposes of inspiration etc etc.
Having found out and posted this morning about the plot of 'The Incredible Hulk' Marvel film due July '08', It suddenly occurred to me that I have never shared with you some of the work i did years ago whilst working in London for a entertainment company dealing with the Universal pictures licenses.
It was speculative work design-wise as the production 'green fist' boxset had just come out, and as a fan of the superhero genre I felt it a little disappointing looking - so on starting work there offered an alternative vision of what could of been done.
The artwork for the Dvds caused quite a stir in the creative studio and I hope you enjoy them too.

Whoa!!!
(and you can quote me on that).
That is gorgeous Blindfaith, great work!.
By the way (not that you need it) but the October Issue (No:102) of Computer Arts Projects has the whole magazine devoted to 'Create Perfect Characters: From animation to vinyl and beyond'
There are articles on everything from Illustrating to animating and giving your creations 'personality' to creating Plush toys from your own designs.
Linky
Scroll down to see everything the Issue contains.
Personally I don't buy it every month as it is quite pricey for a magazine at £7.50, but this month the articles are priceless, I thoroughly recommend it, It may even be useful just as something to read down the pub. -

I thought E.V.I.L stod for 'Even Villains is Loveable' - not correct grammer i know, but I'm sure when i briefly belonged that was the motto that came up on the SG screen - Has it changed? .... I must say I like the new motto better.

Note
Not to be confused with E.V.I.L.(Every Villain is Loveable) or EVIL or EVIL University. Unfortunately EVIL has become a rather common SG name.

Pfft Mum, go fetch your glasses

Doh* >.< - "I do apologise, I was in fact not wearing my glasses and my eyes did in-fact skate straight over that clearly stated fact. Sorry". -

Regarding Roleplayers: I'm sure he won't mind me mentioning his name but I've always found the despicable Ninja Mastermind Jonin Ooi (I think thats how you spell it) gives a wonderful tirade in RV on the oppression of Paragon City and one's self- perception of the concepts of Good and evil.

Twas thinking of Abe Sapien personally.
/em,signed for Aquatic costume options...even better - the powerset to go along with it.

Quaff with hearty enjoyment all the way to Valhalla with the Ice-Tank Beer Tankard.
*Colour-change graphics: Ice tank powersets and Ice appears when cold beer is poured in. -
I love the knockback on Telekinesis blast (Psi) and Telekinesis thrust - purely for comedic reasons.
I remember 6 slotting the former with Knockback enhancements many issues ago in an attempt to see just how far I could repel a minion, and the result was... (In game terms)- about the length of a football pitch!, Oh how I laughed... I spent a while searching them out on the highest rooftops so i could position myself to Mass-hypnosis them into spare ammo then line them up one by one to fling them to the horizon.
Always been a bit disappointed with Psi tornado myself, but its ok for keeping a mob off their feet and organising any kind of offensive. -
