Agreed, however as a Dev/GM Its a fine line to tread, you can't be giving preferential treatment to some, get over-friendly or (in my opinion) take things to heart too much.
Yes BaB and the rest of the Devs are not obliged to post over here if they do not want to, but if I were them and I wanted my product to evolve and last (as all Devs want their MMO to) - I certainly would!.

In the cold harsh light at the end of the tunnel its ShowBusiness not ShowFriends, Put simply - If you don't show good customer relations with the consumers you wish to remain subscribed month after month then you cannot expect your product to really take off in the way it could nor take for granted there be the demand for it in the EU.

I'd expect Vitroil to be covered by the forum rules anyway and the Dev.Redname be less likely to address that person in the future, but you cannot blame the whole community for the actions of a stupid few, like I said you cannot take it to heart, NCNC is selling us an MMO (albeit through NCsoft Europe) that they want us to subscribe to!.... that by its very definition you'd think there would be more contact.

I hope we see a lot more Dev.interaction over here in the future, It would be really nice to see some of our questions answered, and as a subscriber would make me feel I am valued as both part of the CoH/V community and a subscriber for the future of this MMO.

I don't believe bridges have been burnt to such an extent because to put it plainly - we have not had enough contact to warrant such a stance. I do not think (and hope not) they feel this way about us.
On every occassion I have noted, Devs Interaction has been warmly welcomed EU.side, for every stupid comment there has been fifty enthusiastic ones. This is clearly a case of having different forums working against feeling included in the development of the game.

I don't see the problem personally, Its just a different URL. Stateside they get Dev.posts personally replying to questions (and even dropping by for a chat) several times daily and weekly - EU.side(with the exception of WW).... almost nothing.

I appreciate the time difference, I appreciate the EU.translation problems, but if there is discontent it is because we want to feel included and zero-Dev.interaction makes us feel neglected.
I'd encourage the Dev.team to poke their heads-in every now again and say "Hi !" and have a chat. As I see it, It is the fans enthusiasm keeping the EU.community going here... and it is finite.

Joking aside, I'm actually not interested in any future Issue Info, nor am I actually all that bothered about additional Issue 13 titbits over what is going to be released anyway... What I am interested in is replies to the questions that were posted by the community before the visit to NCNC.

I'm sure everyone who posted on this thread before the company visit would appreciate their questions answered by NCNC.

Consider somebody is already at 'Ultimate/Ultimate Improved Regeneration' or 'Ultimate Health' and they log out in a Hospital as a caregiver profession, they will get more regen/health? or will it be cancelled out as at the Cap?

I'm concerned about the NCNC working enviroment!, Is he fed and given regular exercise away from his cubicle?, Is he hugged and told how much his work is valued?.

I just hope the cyborg pack is really good because then he can at least lay claim to the 'Genius is touched by Madness' stereotype.

- Exactly why it needs to be sorted out. I bet if you took the statistics on how many raids have taken place since the redux and on a weekly basis (even when combining the E.U and the U.S numbers), it would make for pretty poor reading.

Enabling Level 53 Hamis' would also go part way to tempt people but It still would not make the event a fun community event like the old Hami was. As you know Hami can take hours,... longer if things go pear-shaped.

#Resident Evil-esque laser grids to dodge
#Moving block walls or spiked wheels to dodge
#Rooms that fill up with water and drown you if you can't break out or hit switch on far-side of wall that releases you.
#Customisable Gladiatorial arenas
#More enviroment styles other than Tech and Mystic
#Being able to make maps with different levels
#Being able to upload our own artwork for loading screens
