I definitely noticed smoother gameplay, I also tried upgrading my gfx cards in twin SLI mode, but bizarrely the performance in AoC (what the cards were bought to improve) was worse than with the single branded NVidia GFX card that was dated about a year older.
(Luckily I got the money back on a refund) \o/ -
As long as /em,vomit up or /em,cower animations aren't rehashed as part of the transformation (I'll add with trepidation).

SL? - I'm not sure what you mean by me describing engines? -The industry standards (if you go into something like game development or 3D design) are 3D Studio Max for models, enviroments, and animation - and Maya for models as well but more-so for animation, and certain other packages to a lesser extent.
Although like vector drawing programmes and to a certain extent bitmap programs - once you know the fundamentals of 3D design the major stumbling block to other 3D packages is variations on the User Interface. -
And believe me you really don't want to go advertising you get away with pirating something like 3D Studio Max, I believe AutoDesk currently runs an anti-piracy initiative to grass Illegal users up for rewards of up to $26,000.
Of course Its their own fault because the outragious price they charge for an official copy of 3d Studio Max is criminal in itself, (and they only get away with it because it is established as an Industry standard). -

I agree, I am currently getting by with my single Nvidia 6800GTS, although I upgraded by RAM from 2GB to 4GB.
I am able to run CoH at full spec with all the bells and whistles on at a high resolution.
I recommend you double your RAM, although like me you'll probably have to buy the old style DDR ram. You could upgrade your graphics card but that depends on what your motherboard and power supply can handle. The cost of an upgraded Motherboard, GFX card and power-supply to run it is pretty much the cost of a new pc anyway.
I recommend emailing Nvidia as they were very helpful in helping me maximise my old (4.5 year
) system and squeeze a year or more's usefullness out of it.

Some of this training is free - some is not, but it is a hell of a lot cheaper than the so-called official courses in and around the main cities that charge £700-£900 per 3 day course. -
I have to agree (with regards to the English speaking EU.community anyway), It would be a good way to kill two birds with one stone. Less administration for them, and we get to post somewhere where Devs browse more often.
But what happens to the French and German speaking parts of the EU.community though?, and are they even moderated anymore past patch notes being translated?. -
Blender is the free open source 3D content creation suite: www.blender.org
It may not be Industry standard (honours go to 3d Studio Max and Maya for that), but it is capable and a good free alternative.

Kind of a necessity if you are going for the crafting badges. Even when you do have them all, you notice the mark-up players put on crafted IOs, 99% of the time i take a couple of minutes to do it myself and save several hundred to several million Inf. The only exception being event-savage-dependant IOs such as the Universal travel ones, I suppose if you wanted and did not have those you would have little choice if the salvage was low.

I suspect this is closer to the truth than anyone at NC West dare admit. CEOs are not usually demoted within a year, Companies not re-integrated back closer to home if they have not done something wrong or are underperforming in the eyes of the parent company.
I think NCsoft Korea looked on in horror as Chung and the legal team over at Austin,Texas dragged the good name of NCSoft through the mud with their alledged manipulation of Richard Garriott, and this is one almighty smack on the wrist for them. Chungs demoted but stays on the executive board, and the company reintegrated where NCsoft can keep a keener eye on it. -
NC West CEO Chris Chung replaced inside of a year by Jaeho Lee as the Korean Parent company switches control of NC West and its focus on the Western Market back home. NCSoft's corporate PR director Jae Sung Lee says that the move helps solidify the communication between the two groups.
