So we would play as a monster that was created by a bigger monster (so I'm guessing that we will look like the big guy) and do missions and rip the city zones a new one, with heroes and villains being able to attack us........ I just don't like the way that sounds. -

I'd be okay with it as long as the accolade didn't DO anything. How about an account-wide badge for each AT you have at level 50, and power-less accolade when you have all 14? It'd be cool enough to encourage people to try but not so crazy as to make people feel it was a requirement for an uber character.

Maybe I'm just crazy but even if they offered a lifetime sub and I had the cash I wouldn't buy it. Maybe for a game I like but didn't really care about, but not this one. Would rather stick to paying by the month or the year.

Im almost half tempted to try doing this, but with how often I jump into the middle of groups I cant handle just to blow myself up I dont think I would get very far

Granted this is coming from someone who has only taken art classes in college but... make sure you dont take on too large a load. Start off a little slow if you can until you get used to things otherwise you will have problems. Take it a little easy and dont let yourself get too stressed out and you should do fine.

I don't know if a message field is the right way to go, but some kind of method for seeing what the team is like before you join would be nice. If nothing else, the leader's (or even better, the whole team's) name, AT, level and zone. And maybe the team size. Possibly hidden unless you click a third button on the prompt?

Considering I still find it annoying when I get a tell and the team invite at the same time I fail to see how this would be any better. Im still not expecting the invite and im always getting blind invites while im doing something else so the pop up will still be annoying.
A tell first then giving me a chance to respond allows time for me to finish up what I was doing and be ready to get the pop up.
Also the thing about trial accounts not being able to send tells.... I forget, are trial accounts able to send emails or was that also disabled? -
I would so buy this. Jay or one of his new goons need to get working on this NOW.

Anywho, I gotta side with the "no /dual or open world pvp" crowd. Ive played a number of games where some guy 15 - 20 lvls higher than me starts sending me /dual requests as soon as I hit the lvl they can send them to me, and they do it repeatedly.
The usual little pop-up in the center of my screen is annoying as hell and I already get enough of that with blind invites in this game. -
