I've been out of action the last few days because my game account 'conveniently' expired while I'm waiting on reissue of my credit cards (had to cancel the old ones).
I did recieve a notification that Master/Euro is on the way but I haven't received it yet, and there is a chance it will be delivered tomorrow morning. Or, if Visa surprises me tomorrow, which I doubt because it's been issued in another country and it will take a while, I'll be able to attend. Otherwise I'm out, and I also won't know about Monday until Monday morning.
I'll make another post tomorrow morning, after I wake up and check my snail mailbox, to let you know 100%.
