Looks like I'm having the same problem as you were. Except when I try and launch I get an error saying.

Error parsing command line argument 'auth 64.25.36.88-project COH'


Any idea how to fix this??

this seems to happen to others often, but it just started happening to me again recently. I have checked my firewall settings (even turned it off) and still get the message when trying to log in. At first I thought is was just server maintanence but it seems others are loggin in without any issues. Any help would be appriciated.

I am also getting an error before I get to the log in screen that says.

I having problems loading the new launcher (the one we have to have soon). I save the file to the desktop, then run as admin (using vista). I keep getting this message:

Error Code: 13 (ProductConfigurationLoadError):
There was an error loading the product configuration file 'C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Launcher\Config\Default\NCPatcherConf ig\Products\NCLauncher\Main\NCPatcherProductConfig .xml'.
Please make sure the game is properly installed.

Then when i click on OK, I get this:

Could not find file: C:\Program Files\NCSoft\Launcher\Config\Default\Games.xml

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

I was unable to log into the test server once I17 went into test. I could log in no problem for dual pistols beta and i did not change anything on my computer since. Once I17 went onto the test server i kept getting a message saying I could not connect to the login server and to check my network settings or the login server may be down. This happened throught beta with I17 and i was never able to log in.

Know that I17 is on the live server I am having the exact same problem. I logged into the live server fine last night but now that I17 is live i cannot. Any help with this would be greatly appriciated.

Ok, so iv checked my firewall settings and everything looks good. I can login to the regular servers just fine but not test. I know alot of people are hitting up the login server to try and get in but this is crazy. Iv been trying probably 3-4 hrs a day to get in since I17 went into OB but still cannot get to the login server. Any suggestions on what to try.

Tried logging in for almost 5 hrs strait yesterday and couldnt get in. Tried again this morning and still couldn't get in. Whats the deal? It keeps telling me game client couldn't communicate with the log in server or its a network problem. I know its not a network problem, i'v never had this issue logging in before.

Is the log in server down for test? I have never had a problem logging into test until now. Wanted to check to see if was a firewall setting or somthing, I doubt that though because i could log in fine yesterday.
