So I'm in a team tonight. I made a long and hard decision on what new toon to level up, but got caught up in a rain storm that made my power go out and blah blah blah, after a nap, I get on finally, at midnight. I solo a bit, kill a few pillboxes, find that RV is empty... again... and then join a very friendly SG member and some ppl I've never seen/heard of before as a team of four for AE missions.

The part in bold is sarcasm... Would you have recognized it? If so, what gave it away? Yea... Same here. I thought that was the key-item in the conversation. The wink. I guess even adding "lol" isn't enough for some people.

Of course, This is said as I'm logging off and watching the 30 second timer count down. Certainly is not worthy of me interrupting the time it takes to count down 30 seconds to quit, but has been bothering me enough to put into this thread. Would you have even bothered to stop the 30 seconds and say, "It was a joke. I knew."?

What AT/Powersets do you think would you choose if you were going to make a vampire?

Been playing just over the three month mark. I'm totally into Vampires at the moment (Been watching Vampire videos on Youtube and totally getting into it.)

I considered a Necromancy/Dark Mastermind, but then I realized I've never seen a Vampire that controls Zombies. I sort of gave that up as a silly idea. Then again... Vampires and Zombies don't stray too far from each other.

Dark/Dark Miasma Corruptor?
Dark Melee/Dark Armor Stalker?
Dark Melee/Dark Armor Brute?
...................................Scrapper?
...................................Defender?

Any ideas?

K. About the names... What exactly is the limitations on our names? No copyright/trademark infringments, right? Would the name of Vampires from books or movies be too much? I'm guessing people would catch onto that fast, eh? I usually name my characters all starting with the same word (a short nickname followed by my character's name.)

I went to http://www.emmadavies.net/vampire/ and tried to get a vampire name... This turns out to be my vampire name according to them.

This is true. Sadly you must decide who belongs on your ignore list more, RMT or the kid who won't stop screaming for a team every 10 seconds in broadcast. I've personally gone with the 2nd one as the priority.

I am totally against this.

What is needed to send an email? An account that is considered a paying subscriber. What do accounts that are considered paying subscriber do when they can no longer send Emails? They send /tells... or make AE missions and 5star nuke the arcs... or start posting in the forums.

It is bad now, of course. The *BEST* option available to correct this problem is to separate the Email ignore list and the player ignore list. I have ignored so many spam emails I don't remember who is a [censored] [censored] and who gave me max debt because they are level 50 and is playing on a purchased/powerleveled character because the Spam ignorees (I made this word up) are kicking out the [censored] ignorees (again) from my ignore list to make room.

What I've been doing? NOT clicking SPAM on my email window. I just click DELETE because I can still keep the Nubs on ignore. SOME people are NOT going to correct their problems of assholism and need to stay on an ignore list.

What I suggest? A quick fix to the overfilling Ignore list. If they put an email block and the RMT catch onto it, they *WILL* move onto other tactics. Don't feel surprised if your Public Channels start to become filled with spam until everyone quits it. The Freedom Badges channel would be the 1st to be effected.

I got burned hardcore on Final Fantasy XI Online. It was HORRIBLE. I couldn't stop playing. Maybe I can sell my account for FFXI on Ebay or something. It isn't as fun as this game. Travel powers beef this [censored] up.

Wait what? I TP Foed someone who was camping the base in RV into a drone on Monday night. It gave me the chance to LEAVE the base and fight in a less cornered area.

lulz. I think it makes a bit of sense to me. I do agree with some of the things you've had said though. 2 stands out to me. 3 stands out to me. Most of all, I agree with #1. #4 is something I don't bother with much. *MY* Flavor of The Month character is ice/ice Corruptor... If things get too sticky in RV, I go to a lower level zone where I dominate the competition. I don't plan on changing AT/Powersets. It's fun if it sucks or wins. I do see where concern exists for #4 though. Good post.

I always check the NPCs with the names starting with "M" right after I hit level 50 and train. Last night I hit level 50 in 111 hours of gameplay.

Ice/ice Corruptor might be good. I'm playing with a Necro/dark MM right now and Duoing random AE Arcs. It's working out pretty well. He has me malafactored to 46.

That's what I was thinking it'd be like.

You can only use it on other players (ON YOUR TEAM.) I keep it on my Controller with auto-attack on it (the green circle.)

*Note: If I am wrong on this, PLEASE correct me before it goes further down the page with posts. I've tried to use it on people not on my team and it hasn't worked for me. Maybe PvP usage on non-teammates is different as compared to out of PvP situations.

I have no idea what twitter is. I saw a video of some girl doing the "twitter dance" on Youtube so she could get shown on the Ellen Degeneres tv show. I thought that was a fail right there and never looked back. Is it like... myspace/facebook or something? I'm not really sure what else it could be.
