Caltrops is not a PBAOE. The bug is fixed, and although it mistakenly got left out of earlier patch notes it's in now.

For anyone who the above fix doesn't apply to, I'd like to request you contact our tech support department. They are more equipped to help you than I, and with enough data we can pinpoint the problem and address it fully.
Thanks, -

And locked. Demon summoning is the new MM set, not Necromancy.

Aim for the head, it's the only way to stop them.

The count is 3 and 2, mod08 is on the mound...

And the pitch...

Threadlock! -
Global channels are completely under the authority of their moderators, arguing about it on the forums just gets me involved and I have to deal with it. This makes me a sad panda.
I have a report to write, locking this one so it doesn't cause me further work. -

I've assembled all the zombie Mod08 thread into one giant forum monster that I will use to rule! Muhahaha!
Think anyone will notice if I take Doc Vahz as my forum name?

To be fair, your husband does have an incredibly funny main character.

Unfortunately it's crossposting, so I'll go ahead and lock it. But 1 internets to Ham for weirdest post of the day.
Thanks, -
Neat idea. The best way to talk about it would be to create a thread linking to this one and have the discussion there, otherwise it'll get sticky zombie mess all over a cool concept.

In a strange case of netflix imitating the forums, I'm scheduled to receive Zombieland today in the mail. I'll save it for tonight though.

Bring out your dead! *clang* Repeat Ad Nauseum...

3 months is a good rule of thumb. Please respect the sanctity of the dead, and reference them rather than dragging them out of the grave. Thanks,

Pwnz is not comming back (although I enjoyed it as well). I recommend not trying to go big.

Social conventions are social conventions, nothing more. Nothing forces you to participate in them, and if you dislike them you are free not to do so. It is somewhat abnormal to expect others not to do so simply because you dislike it however.
I like holding doors open for women. It's how I was brought up, regardless of whether or not it is a subtle expression of gender bias in our society. It offends some people, and if I have particular reason to try not to offend that person I may go out of my way to not hold a door open for them. Most of the time however I follow the social norm which states that a gentleman holds the door open for ladies. If people don't like it, I pretty much shrug and go on with my life.
Similarly I dislike it when employees of a business say goodbye to me when I leave a store or restaurant. I understand why they do this having worked for a number of years in the retail and service industries, it just irks me. My response to this is to shrug and go on with my life.
In both my jobs, I deal with angry and irate customers who have attempted to get me fired and have occasionally even threatened physical violence. Someone wishing me an insincere goodbye isn't really significant enough to even register on the scale. Similarly the endless streams of Grats might not be your cup of tea, and I don't particularly blame you for it. It's just something that isn't particularly going to change.

I'd also like to welcome you to our game, hope you are having a great time!
Trial accounts are very limited unfortunately, but it's part of our aggressive stance on dealing with RMT.
I'd like to reiterate some of the things mentioned above, including joining global channels if you decide to be a full subscriber. It's a great way to start to get to know people, and Justice (and all the other servers except Triumph, those people scare me) has a lot of good people to know. Given the instanced nature of a lot of our content and the ability for players to hide from searches things are usually much busier than they appear.
Regardless, welcome to CoH and I hope you enjoy your stay. I'd be very interested if at some point you'd like to let me know what your first impressions of our game are, as it's valuable feedback that really helps us improve.
Thanks, -
Betas are set up the way they are for a number of reasons. Different phases of betas are for differing purposes.

This discussion is getting pretty non productive so I'll go ahead and lock it.
While I disagree with direction the OP suggested (City of Heroes still has plenty of life left in it), the suggestion itself is not without merit.
Starting over would allow us to reconsider certain design choices that we are committed to at this point. There are things you just don't change about a product nearing it's sixth birthday. More important than anything else, it would give us a brand new canvas to work with, and there are many great ideas, both suggested by you folks and created here internally, that we are currently constrained from doing by design choices made many years ago.
But given CoH has such potential still, I am glad to say we are not planning on stopping work on it any time soon. We've got lots in store for you folks still no worries. We all plan on being here a long long time.
Thanks,
