Don't forget, guys, this is this Friday.

Firstly, only the SL can set base storage permissions. If your SL and your base editor are two different people, they will need to work together.

Secondly, you can edit storage permissions in base edit mode by clicking the storage item you want to change permissions on, selecting the "Permissions" tab in the info box, and choosing the permissions you want. AFAIK, that's the only way to do it...so your SL will ALSO need base Editing privileges, if only for that purpose.

How ELSE to not get on a team:

-"Invite me to ur group!" No. No manners, no team invite. Try "Hey, do you guys have space for a 37 <AT>?" Why yes, yes we do!

-Send a tell asking for a team invite, then don't respond when you're asked to provide level/AT information. Then half an hour after that ask to team with us again.

I give one warning on the first KS, then broadcast something like "Hey lowbies, <name> is a KSer, keep your eyes peeled!"

They usually stop after that, and the other low level players are usually grateful for the heads-up.

It's an All-Request Show. Requests are what we want. how many you post is up to you. We normally dump them all into the playlist and hit shuffle a few times during the show to play as many as we can, as fairly as possible.

This is actually on Videotron's end; we received a notice saying that they are blocking us. You need to contact them to get it unblocked.

However, if you are being blocked, you can also listen using these (as long as you're not banned from the site, which you shouldn't be):

That's right, the new Player Welcoming Committee is at it again! We would like to welcome players new and old to the City of Heroes Protector server!

On June 5th at 7 pm EST, the 3rd New Player Welcoming Night will begin in Atlas Park with an Atlas Badge Hunt! Players will be using teleport/group fly to move their teams to all the exploration badges in Atlas Park.

After that, we'll head to Pocket D for an old-fashioned throwdown! Those who are interested can join in a level 5 free-for-all in the Arena, just for kicks, and those who aren't interested in PvP will have a chance to visit Trina the Seamstress for a makeover in order to be ready for the big costume contest!

Around 8:30 pm EST, heroes and villains from both sides and of all levels can join in Pocket D for a Costume Contest! Prizes will be awarded as follows:

Best Hero: 25,000,000 influence
Best Heroine: 25,000,000 influence

Best Villain: 25,000,000 infamy
Best Villainess: 25,000,000 infamy

Best Overall: 75,000,000 influence/infamy

More prizes may be awarded based on originality, concept, bio, and more!

After the costume contest, we'll gather around the Pocket D base portal so that those who would like to may participate in the Base Tour! We'll be touring several bases, such as the Teamsters, U.H.F., Defenders of Time, and the Atlas All Stars!

Remember, this event is open to veteran players and new players alike! Everyone can win! And if you'd like to volunteer to help out, let me know via PM! We can always use a few extra hands!

It may be a teeny bit too big to post on the forums, I think there's a maximum size. If you can cut that down a tiny bit, it's perfect and we would be happy to use it!

CoH costs $15 for a 30-day gaming period.

That's $0.50 a day.

If you break it down by hours....

If you play CoH for 2 hours a day in that 30 day period, it is costing you $0.25 per hour...even less if you play more.

For example, I play CoH for about 8 hours per night. I know, I have no life. But let's do the math here:

8 hours x 30 days = 240 hours a pay period

$15 fee / 240 hours = $0.0625 cents per hour

The more you play, the less you're actually paying...and paying for more than one month at a time helps too.
