Did somebody say Teamsters?
Yeah, we have a public global channel (it's just Teamsters) for those who didn't know; I tend to yell out GM hunts, TFs, etc. in there. I'll probably be using it a lot this weekend. It's not full of as much random chatter as JS is (although that depends on who's around) and, like I said, anyone's welcome even if you don't have a Teamsters/coalied toon. It's a great way to find teams.
There's also the Protector Events channel, but I've largely stopped using that one outside of major events (like NPWN). -

By an unofficial count, I have given away about 3 billion in influence, not counting recipes / enhancements, on this server since I started playing. It could very well be closer to 5 billion total depending on the market values.
And all because someone, on the first day I played, gave me some inf to help me get started, saying "pass it forward later on when you can".
Basically, it helped set in motion a mindset of helping other players whenever possible for me. I would even say it's part of the inspiration for my involvement in the past in Praesidium and its events, the New Player Welcoming Night, and even PERC and the Superolympics committee for cross-server activities.
I wish I could remember who that was exactly, to thank him or her and let that person know how much of an impact that gesture had as it cascaded through Protector, and then outwards.

Well, we failed this week, but we'll be doing it again next week-this time, prepared for the Rikti ambushes (d'oh!) which gave us some issues this time around.

And again I'd like 4 scrappers/blasters (either or) and we'll divide into 4 assault teams instead of 2. That could speed things up considerably (and stop mixups). -
I'd be interested in assisting on behalf of the Teamsters, but I'd also like to talk it over with the other leaders first.

The only time I may not be able to run a TF is during my show, but that depends on how sleep-deprived I am and whether or not I can focus on two things at once-shouldn't be TOO much of a problem.

And I do have a tanker in mind for the LGTF-Asylym's Xiggy (Axe/WP) is always my tank of choice versus Rikti. So don't worry about the tank for that-don't worry abyhow; it's in two weeks. -

Finished the Cavern of Transcendence in 27:36! Great job all!
Okay, next week will be the Abandoned Sewer Trial. We'll run the LGTF right before we start back at Posi and I'll try to make sure we don't leave it out next time. The Abandoned Sewer Trial is for levels 38-40, worth 28 reward merits or Hydra Origin Enhancements, and we'll need 4 people minimum to run it (and I would rather have 8). This one's going to require following directions (yes, I know, groan) and I'm thinking a lot of ranged damage. The main enemy group is Rikti with a side of Hydra. :P
