PVP IO's should be restricted to the account that was rewarded with them. No WW/BM or traded except within the account for the PVP IO you want. Seeing that is probably never going to happen, keep 'em rare Castle! I made 300+ mil from PVPing for a week in RV.

"Adapt or die" i beleive were the pver's chants. If only you hadn't pretended to like the PVP changes in i13 to get rid of pvpers, there might be more left to get the rewards for you!

If only there were more pvpers left, lol.

Apparently they are trying to get them back. Might want to PM a community rep so they know more than one person wants their title back!

I think RV on freedom is more populated generally but the other ones are far less populated. I think it maybe to do with PvP IO drops much more likely to be at lvl 50.

Sorry to hear youre leaving, Max. The lag can be brutal at times and for a pvper this game sucks pretty bad right now, so im not suprised.

this issue acutally sounds pretty cool surprisingly

the pvp +3% def IO can only be slotted in resistance powers. the +3% resistance is the one that can be slotted in combat jumping.

im a bit out of the loop with blasters having last played one for any decent amount of time in i11. i have been playing a psi/nrg blaster for only a few days, with that in mind this is what i think so far:

it rocks in pvp, sucks in pve..could really do with a buff in pve imo. the will dom, mental blast, tk blast spike works a charm

i like my blasts (other than will dom, 5 apoc+ placate) 6 sloted with gald jav for the kb prot,+hps, recharge and acc & dam. 4 dev+ 2 w/e is another great option and alot cheaper.

i dont see power thrust (or in MM, TK thrust) as anymore than a very good kb power, i know it does decent damage but there is something wrong if you go to melee for damage when u have such great range and should be attack full chain. fun to kb then kill someone camping you when exiting hiber tho. this of course might be different for a psi/mm like the OP, maybe melee would be better then..

my gaussian proc is in aim, not tactics but im thinking of pulling it out of my build all together.
im finding it an end heavy build. you will probably want to keep endurance in mind while planning and you will probably want acro in your build somewhere. if you dont have enough kb prot in your build you could be in for a rough time. i went with leadership + cold mastery and enjoy it.

it is certainly a toon with a few good different ways of building.

how about increasing drop rates to compensate ?

the game would be far better if they had just left it the hell alone a few issues ago.

if you have purples in your ninjas, the better dam could be from you enhs actually working

same on my MM, also the apoc proc, i have the pvp ranged proc aswell, cant remember the name atm and it isnt procing on me or at least hasnt yet.

i guess the people who prefare pvp.2 dont play support toons in pvp. if you do....why ?
