    I13 was suppose to be part of a fix for PVP too (now in the worst state its ever been), oh hey how about base raids temporarily gone, or CoP ?
  3. Being from N.Ireland myself and playing on Freedom (US server) I think it would be great, Freedom is a good bit quieter during the off times now and this would be good for both parties.
  4. I dont think Ice Slick does -recharge. (although it should, imo)

    Do you guys think putting a chance for Knockdown Ragnarok in Sleet would make it as effective for control as Ice Slick ? Anyone tried this ?
  5. Just like me! With the exception of the badging, normal content and RPing. I did use to play and make AE story arcs but not since the changes in i16.

  10. I love Ice Control, unfortunatly it isnt as good as earth at controlling and lacks damage compaired to Fire but i do have a soft spot for Ice from using it in PvP so much. -Recharge is one of the best secondary effects. AA is a fantastic power, one of my favorates.

  12. If you dont mind buffing a fair bit, it is a great combo for PvE and if you do ever PvP some, if built well, it would be pretty good there too. My only complant would be the recharge on MA and HE are a bit on the long side.

    That is right. Defenders drain more but it isn't enough more to trump scourge.

  15. It feels like alot less people to me. I doubt it is only due to people soloing because the chatter on the global channels is down. It might be a few factors at play, the new games and CoH has (imho) been a disaster lately.

    If youre keeping cinders i would put the unbreakables in char and probably basilisks gaze in cinders (i never need cinders tho)

    damage in fissure isnt so good unless your not at damage cap. if you wanted you could frankenslot to get a mix of damages, stun etc all about 70%. i put 3 dam procs, a ff and a stun dur. i like it but i dont know how optimal it is, it is lacking 30ish% of stun but i dont find that a problem.

    i also went with dam procs in cages this time with the grav anchor as well also two acc/end IOs. again not sure how optimal but it works well for me.

    i like call of arms in imps. nice recharge + a lil s/l res to stack with tough.

    i think you could pull a few slots from tough to put into boxing or brawl for kinetic combats (slotting both brawl and boxing with them works well) you could pull 4 of the hectas from seismic smash and replace with kinetic combats all but the KD proc while keeping the acc/recharge hecta or use a cheaper mako acc/end/rec.

    could pull some lots from stamina.

    i would take out the karma KB prot from weave and put a BotZ in sb then take out the other slot from sb.

    id put at least 1, at most 2 recharge in fulcrum (on top of the acc).

    i like 5 doc wounds in transfusion + regular lvl 50 acc IO.

    the key to a fine/kin/stone is capped s/l + fissue while keeping good recharge.

  19. I think it is very unlikely lowering the cap would reduce prices, much more likely (imho) would be RTM selling the rare/most wanted IOs instead of influence.

  22. I dont go out of my way to kill stalkers but what works for me is a build with burst damage (i use psy/em blaster) and when you see them attack someone else then attack them.

    Even with the best stalker hunter build you will only see most of them at 10ft anyway, as stated earlier.
  23. I dont care about your supply and i can get mine fine by PVPing. My solution is for you to "Adapt or die"
