As a big ice/elec fan I might fancy to give you some tips

Its fairly easy..you want at least the 3 main melee moves (charged brawl/havoc punch/thunderstrike)..(watch out with the aggro you get from thunderstrike in pve tho)..having freeze ray is very good in both pvp/pve...don't take bitter freeze ray unless you really want to hold everything you see..the animation is to long to be worth it..freeze ray is your friend against luits since you are still very squishi..you NEED acrobatics IMO...nothing more annoying then getting knockback/held if you wanna go close range so take that..combat jump from the leaping set is excellent 2 so go for that..

You might wanna take hasten 2 since the powers aren't really to fast recharging..the end costs may be a problem but once you get powersink 6 slotted your worries are over..Schocking grasp aint to bad and if you never fight in sirens you might take that instead of charged brawl..but I think its a bit overkill...

for slotting you want at least 2 end reds in all toggles so you can have them perma runnin..make sure you have at least a recharge in all '''melee'' powers and slot your freeze ray with hold duration..

Srry for the mezzy advise...hope it helps a little bit

Ok this is 100th time this comes up so lets set it straight why lag is such an issue from capes and auras etc.

First of all the organisers of the raid dont have any intention to play god almighty uppon others by asking them to remove the capes.If it was up to them they would prolly say to come dressed as a christmas tree and lighten up the Hive. Unfortunately the server has major issues with thoughts like this.

Secondly the organisers certainly appreciate the usage of FS,lightning storm,darkest night,shields,toggles,novas,taunts,aoe etc etc but certainly have a good grasp of how USELESS these are during the raid due to the special nature of Hami and the Efficiency/lag ratio (for FS). So when someone asks to stop the FS or any powers is not because he is ignorant or a some new guy but apparently cause he knows there is issue with this power being used plus its USELESS.

Finally the whole lag issue and the effort to decrease it as much as possible is simple. During the hold phase its utterly CRUCIAL to have the best update possible regarding the progression of Hami's lifebar and to manage the Vanguards at best possible way.Every little effort regarding lag helps in this believe me.There has been a raid where the use of Vanguard was delayed due to lag issue based on the Hami hp bar and the mitos spawned.

So what do we learn?
This is always a community effort.Work all together and we stand a chance. Once the famous "I" comes into play then its all gone to the Americans. Thats the lesson i ve learned at least from all raids i ve been in and organised or led.

Good guide for the people who never done this before TG

This is my advice if your planning on playing alot in sirens.

About attacks itself

MA IS already nice for pvp. Most powers will be usefull. Just make sure you have at least 2 acc slots in most of your attacks. Knockback and -fly are good to have 2 in pvp so air superiority or cripple kick are the way to go. Even tho most people say you should do, don't get rid of dragontail cause its very usefull if you get attacked by those nasty little stalkers:P..Also take swift even if you are not planning on taking stamina.

Not much to say more. Speed is the key. Instant healing is good for duels but if you get ganked you can forget it So relie more on reconstruction and dull pain in that case. You also want resilience for if your toggle get dropped by nrg attacks:P

Rest of your powers are really personal. Some like tactics against stalkers but most have hidden stealth so best to skip that part. Tp foe can be REALLY usefull but its not needed if your fast enough. If you have swift go for SJ. Its the best all around travel power in pvp zones.

This isn't really detailed or anything but I hope it can help you a bit on the way.

And indeed..fighting an ice tank is such a big pain. He won't kill you very fast most of the time but it takes hours to kill him 2:P
