A Hami raid involves a giant Jello mold located in the back end of an unused zone on the other end of another unused zone.

It's protected by a lot of mushrooms, trees and rocks that try really hard to kill you. You need to kill a lot of them first so they will drop enhancements that you can use to prevent the giant jello mold from killing you, but it wont. It will kill you anyway.

The jello mold will sit there not doing anything watching 40 or 50 level fifty characters gather on the hill next to it, and then the players charge in. The Jello mold then kills them all. Starting with the toughest and working down the list. This takes surprisingly little time.

THen the organizer of the raid will say "that didn't work, lets try another way." in which case, everyone will buff the heck out of some of the tanks... who will be backed up by healers, and they will charge in... while other teams go about dismantling the thicker "fruity-colored" bits of the jello mold. much thought will go into this, and a lot of effort.

The Jello mold won't notice, and proceed with its original plan again, killing all the players.... this takes slightly more time, but not by much.

THe organizer will then have everybody go and kill more mushrooms trees and rocks to get more things that are supposed to help, and try again...

But by then most of the players have said unkind things about the organizers mother, jello molds, and fruity bits, and have gone back to killing things that don't hit very hard in the MA building.

    HTTT Reunion?

    Greetings, Dom Fans!

I'm excited to hear the revival of HTTT. Although I missed out in joining your earlier exploits, I've always been a fan of hearing what you guys were up to. Consider me a convert. I've rolled an Earth/Electric and am awaiting an invite on Pinnacle. Cheers.
  3. Thanks for the referral, ZM. I'll keep a lookout for when this is corrected.
  4. After two separate attempts to run "The Organ Grinders" Flashback from Steven Sheridan, I found myself completing the first mission only to receive the "Busy Reply" from Sheridan. He also now shows up as an Inactive contact and will not provide me with the next mission. I ran the arc with my Level 50 Dark Melee/Shield Scrapper on Guardian both times. I did not select any challenges but I ran the arc on Invincible. I have filed a bug report in game, but i'm wondering if anyone else has encountered the same issue.
  5. Hey, Armeros.

I've actually been wanting to run this one for quite some time. Count me in on my 50 Dm/Sheild Scrapper "Netherwielder." I'll even bring some Warburg Nukes for the party!
  6. If you still have room, I'd like to bring Netherwielder (Dm/Shield Scrapper) out to run Sara Moore tomorrow. I'll log in early just in case you don't catch this in time.
  7. Yeah, I figured it was a long shot that anyone would catch it on te boards, but I did want to toss it out there anyway. I managed a PUG that actually did a great job. Thanks for the recommendation though. I'll try to post in advance for my next run.
  8. I don't post often, but I figured i'd announce a Positron run for anyone lurking the boards during the next hour.

I'll begin forming about 11:30 (CST) and plan to begin the TF at noon. If you're interested, meet over by Synapse or send a PM @MindOverMatter
  9. Zombie and Captain,

Together, you've salvaged an evening of Dom Buff Testing. Thanks for the tips.
  10. Rarely do I post on the forums, but I wanted to wish you and your loved ones well. No amount of new friends could ever replace the presence of those we've lost along the way.

Thank you for always being friendly and welcoming. The rest of Guardian will simply have to pick up the baking slack until you return. Be well.
  11. I'm so excited. I'm so excited. I'm so...scared.

  13. I haven't said anything on the boards yet, but now is as good of a time as ever. It's the little things like April Fool's jokes during the launch of a detailed expansion that remind me of why I like the production team behind this game so much: they've got a good sense of humor.

An excellent April fool's joke. Kudos to all involved.
