After using the portal to get to Ouroboro...oh you know where.

You almost had it. -
Musurana, my Tanker, who you've already met Pious, works as a PPD officer most of the time.
She's skilled with both blunt weapons and shields, and it pays well (better than Hero-work), while basically being the same duties.
Except sometimes when her fellow Heroes call in a 'raid' or somesuch, she prefers the blue uniform over her usual green-scaled latex. -
She's been creative and done it yet again.
Without further ado, click here to see her new video, All the World's a Stage!
And as a bonus, she's been writing up a now 40-chapter superhero lovestory!
Click here to check out her marvellous work, The Course of Superhero Romance! Featuring Positron!
I've only just started on that one, but it's kind of addictive. -
Woah, not even the civilians were moving a whole lot.

I've been getting into DemoEditing a bit lately, only really started Thursday, but I'm quite hooked.
With the CoHSplasher, people started making really cool loading screens and character selection screens, so I wanted to do something personal..
The Midnight Sun plotting.
The Midnight Sun is a secret, unspoken-of organization that all of my Villains are in, under the lead of Midnight Guard.
From Right to Left, Back to Front:
Van Death (Ledgesitting)
Seven Sins
Darkspire (Binoculars)
Zenodorus
Calaenia
Karokage
Midnight Guard
Midnight Phantom
Flammenklinge
Battler
Obsidian Dusk (Crouching)
Lord Modos
Will be doing one for my Heroes as well, which I'll probably edit into this post.
If anyone's ever considered DemoEditing but could never be arsed to start, I suggest giving it a go for real. It's really worth the time, and even if it's just coding, it's still really fun. -
You can bind a key for toggling it on and off under Options, Keymapping, the bottom category, can't remember the name at the moment, but the command's called "Disable UI"
I usually bind it to numpad 0 -
This suggestion is probably bordering on Power Customization as much as it can, but I'd like to throw it out there anyway.
'Power levels' work in a lot of ways in CoX, RP-wise and game mechanic-wise. You can blow up cars and trucks with a single brawl with a high Threat Level, yet some enemies like mostly-human Arachnos soldiers can still best you.
What I've thought about is how our power animations work compared to our 'power level', versus what we're using it against/how 'experienced' our character is with the power.
I'd like to have, say, one or two extra animations unlocked for every power if possible, perhaps at 25 and 50. At these levels, all characters get to choose between 2-3 powers that they may change the animation of.
To take an example, Levitate from the Mind Control powerset.
It's basic with a two-handed proper PUSH upwards, but at 25, you unlock a one-handed version. Then, at 50, a wrist-twist or beckon animation is unlocked.
These animations won't change animation time, so will keep the powers balanced. Then there's the FXes, but that could be messed around with regarding the animations..
I'm well aware that new animations take a bit of work to do, as Babs explained when [Walk] was discovered.
Actually, the animations wouldn't even need to be new at all. Re-used ones like Siphon Speed's animation could work for Levitate at 25.
This would make the 'AWESOME' feel when going on rampages with your character even better, and it'd be really, really great for showing off. -
I've never been fond of redraws, so a primary to go with it, somehow, would be nice.
Although I'd like to see this set as a primary as well, I guess Dominators need to be a bit more 'down-to-earth' concerning their sets, literally.
The concept and idea is great, but probably needs a bit more flavour, new powers and such. -
Think the mission has to be set to your own exact level as well, at least that's what GM Clive said:

The problem you have reported is a known issue and the development team is already working on an appropriate solution. However, we are going to forward your enquiry to our Quality Assurance (QA) department in order to provide the development team with as much information as possible.
The issue is happening to your character due to it being sidekicked for the mission. We would suggest you run the mission at your own level and you will be able to receive the reward.
Thank you very much for your patience and understanding, as well as your interest in helping to improve City of Heroes/Villains.

The problem is sidekicking. I petitioned it, and they told me that being sidekicked and doing someone else's mission will not get you your reward.

It only happens to some characters, and it "resets" per person when you zone.
The letters you see are the last few letters in the character's name who sent it. So if you know anyone online whose name ends in that, they're probably the one who sent it, so /tell them back to say whetever they sent once more.
If a person /tells you like that while you're in a mission, but you figure out who it is, it might reset that person when you zone out again, so you'll get one more blank tell from them.
Who gets "blanked" or not seems completely random, but I've not had it happen to globals yet. -
