Not sure of his rank, but my BS/Shield Scrapper is still in there. He should be able to invite, if that's what you need.

Both Heroes and Villains will have access to the Praetorian TFs (or SFs or whatever they decide to call it). Of course, this gives the devs even less incentive to make red-exclusive SFs, but as long as there's content available to villains I don't see the issue.

Awww... Vex!
I'll miss your enthusiastic first posts to the Isos thread!
GLHF out there! -
Quote:My first Scrapper was an MA/DA.Well for Scrapper the least play build that we came up with on the Scrapper forums was a MA/DA Scrapper. We don't know why it is the least played but it seems to be. It would be a good set to play really with the Stuns of MA would go well with Oppressive Gloom.

Does anyone have that screenshot where a character was made gigantic in Mercy Island? It was even cooler because the costume had a robot feel to it, so it looked like a giant robot!

Quote:Waitaminute... "rude about it"? Are the developers obligated to make the game easy to pirate? I'm not following your reasoning.i will agree that it is better then the normal DRM, but i just find that they are beeing a little rude about it. i got the collector's edition and i am loving it but then again i can affored it. personaly i think they should be nicer to the pirates then saying " the bug is your morals"
It sounds like they came up with a better form of DRM than root-kits and other intrusive software packages. I say Bravo! I'm planning on picking up a copy of AA next week when it comes out for the PC. From all the acclaim, it sounds like it will easily be the GOTY for 2009. -
Quote:I think we've found a worthy successor to UniqueDragon. Praise be!funny enough, i speak out because i really love CoX.
Now,
One can hide besides his shadow, cos in their mind, it would be even worse than loosing a Fiancée...
But i believe that, (even if players cant stand the idea), the devs prolly got me right on the following:...(not like they care about me^^)
If u want a funky life, you have to make moves.
and sometimes you have to stop and think.
Life aint only dictated by the Benjamins.
See, i m in the music area... its kinda the same: the public get feeded with numbers, these aint real, even if the company says so.
And one would be a noob to think the big numbers makes the music better.yeah. I tent to think the way around.
Ok, bad numbers dont make good music, but big numbers dont make cool games even.(that does for any game)
And Fyi, after grindin' or farming, or TF'ing, or badging 47 lvl 50, playing an average 6 hrs a day for 48 months, I darn feel betrayed, that is for sure.
By the marketeers.
Well, if i have to move along, i will. -
Meeting no.: 21
Target level: 50
Meeting Location: SG Base
Agenda: Unknown! -
The first BSF I ran was on my Stalker (*cough*my first Villain 50*cough*) and the power is fun, but you really need to coordinate using it with the other "affect all non-Bison mobs in the room" powers. I think I wasted the first usage, and I was a little early on the later ones.
-
I stand by my original comment. This guy as a horrible player who just so happened to be on a Stalker that night.
-
There are always bad players. It's no different than an MM who never triggers their power on Reichsman.
-
-
That definitely felt more laggy than the All-MM ITF. I guess we can chalk that up to most maps being enclosed spaces.
I filed a bug report on our sound issue. I'm thinking that the problem may have been all the dispersion bubbles and not the fact that we were MMs. -
Quote:From the article:Depends. Going to have to see how annoying / easy it is to switch. If switching is easy, sg management and membership is going to be annoying.
Quote:The process of going from hero to villain or vice-versa won't be as simple as just flipping a switch, and the team wanted to avoid something gimmicky, where you'd pay five dollars and wake up to see your character in new tights. Going Rogue's approach is a lot more of a story-intensive process than that. The idea is for the player to feel that their hero is falling, or that their villain is redeeming themselves. Your hero will become a vigilante, looked down upon by other heroes, while a villain will become more of the classic rogue, on the other side of the law rather than simply evil.
This decision isn't permanent, either. You can flip back and forth, if you decide that your character's morally ambiguous enough to make the switch more than once.
Players will embark on clearly marked missions that will alter their character alignment along the moral compass. They'll play out similarly to how newspaper and police scanner missions currently work, though they won't be as "mad libby" as those, more tied to the decisions that players make. These missions will have recurring characters and enemies that will feature largely into the story that players build around their new role. These central story characters will be going along their own progression path, changing sides with the player. -
