I saw that too... time to make some hard decisions. But since this is the first time EVAR on the East Coast, I may have to ditch the concert for the MnG.

Quote:As melee-heavy as the team was, it was one of the smoothest Rommy takedowns I've seen. Everyone disregarding Voo's instructions was just a bonus. It wasn't that bad. I died once on Rommy at the very beginning between him and that autohit nictus (even though I tried to rez one time too but was killed before I could hit my BF and move out of the way). As for running, once I was down, he ran off. He got planted in one spot after that. I should have brought my brute instead!

Quote:It's simple, GP. A nemesis system would allow you to personally create your opponent.Still confused as to why/how this different from having a nemesis system, but we'll see how it works.
The "Dark Mirror" group is comprised entirely of guys who wear mirror shades... and have Dark powers.

MEH.
Who is this new enemy the arcs are focused on? That's what I want to know! -
Bravo, Flux. Voodoo would be proud... if he was still hanging around.

Quote:Well, they do have a track record of excellent cons, and for the most part the gaming is the attraction, not the exhibitors or panels.Apparently east coast gamers are so ravenous for a gaming convention that they will trust the fates that it will be awesome.
Not that there's any reason it shouldn't be since PAX obviously has a historyt of putting on good conventions, I'm just one of those people who likes to see what's on the menu before I fork over a bunch of cash for dinner.
I also get the feeling that the PAX organizers are a little more loosey goosey than more established cons (Gen Con, Dragon Con, etc.). As mentioned above, they run PAX Prime the same way...
I'm a little surprised at all the complaining here. This is the first major appearance of the devs on the East Cost, and you don't need PAX tickets to go to the Meet N' Greet. The fact that PAX East is sold out might be the only reason why they're coming, so it's tough to fault them for not announcing it sooner. -
I've been pre-registered for a while now, but PAX East just became approximately one billion times more awesome!

Oh, I got another toon to 50 during this Isos run. Work has been particularly bad the last few months, which has caused some missed sessions and times when I needed to leave early (like last week).

New content.
I hope there is a lot of it. -
Looks like I have to drop out too, so there's room for one more.
