Alpha is going ot be i19. But chances are i19 is going to be stuff from i18/GR that had to be pushed back. Probably a lil bit of mid level / end game content for Praet, including somewhere, the Apex task Force, for incarnates only.

i20, by all guesses, is going to be huge, and requires a much longer Beta program. Its also going ot have ALOT of stuff that we can't know about, hence they are doing a signed NDA as opposed to the usual consented one. While NDAs are pretty iffy on their legality usually, theres still little chance of info getitng leaked over it, as ALOT of big bad could come down on the people breaking it.

I still use it as an everytime its up buff, just because I hate seeing it stting there on the "off chance" i'll need it. UNless of course I know it will be useless (mitos in hamidon raid) or I know theres an AV around the corner.

if a natural, your baseline recovery will be y

    I highly doubt it.

Why would my magic origin character, who i have decided got his powers by accident when reading a book he found have the same inherant buff as my magic origin character who is a demon, for example?

I think the devs realise that theres far too many posibilities in each origin to lump some extra stuff on us just because it fits a few of those within the origin.

But the issue you see again and again and again in builds is that you can double-dip by taking Defense based powers and slotting LoTG. It may finally be time to make that unique (as much as I'd cry about it).

There are some sets that can naturally slot 5 of these already, how is increasing the number of builds that dont live in these sets that can slot these too much of a problem. People who have a build with 5 in already wont get any more powerful, but people who, because of their build could only fit in 2 so far, could now go up to 5.

But personally I think taking the Stealth pool just for LotGs would be a great loss, and not something I would do unless I REALLY needed those LoTGs.

Its always time for us to have an "EU gets dumped on thread"
  8. chances are, even if people have 5 LoTGs slotted already, this gives them the opportunity to move them around.

If I have a power thats got a LoTG and 5 other slots. Now I have a free power with LoTG in, a power with 5 slots, and a spare slot!

Or I chould just slot kismit +acc, the steadfast proc, or even GotA runspeed.

if i have all of those slotted, I again, can free up a slot from another power, and either put it elsewhere, or have another spare slot in that power for slotting for bonus'.

    Dark Miasma?

The Tier9 is the least of the worries when considering porting Dark Miasma. though it would be awesome ot have.

Also even though it probably would have little effect would the Fortunata's Hypnosis chance to placate function or even be worht slotting in Static Field?
    1) As Xili said, its been well over a year since some new guy joined the powers team (Jason was it?) and quickly put an end to procs killing the chain.

    2) Procs in Static Field either affect the target of the field, or the pseduopet itself, not directly you. What I mean to say is, that particular proc will placate the enemies form attacking the static field pseduopet, which they cant do anyway, so it would be a waste.

oh hey thats super awesome, but awww wait, its another piece of technology that they don't bother making left handed versions for

Finding an aesthetic, Ergonomic and functional gaming mouse for lefties is tough!

Anyway, I click my targets (but sometimes tab for closest) and obviously mosue controls my camera.

but movement and power activation on most frequently used powers (tray 1 and some tray2) uses my numpad.

    APPs, OMG ^^

your paying for extra damage with health.

With lower max health, and lower levels of defensive mitigation (lets not talk about mitigation from control here) I see it as fair it does a higher degree of damage.
  15. I baught the Energy Manipulator Stun Proc at lvl 10 and have had it slotted since.

Its never saved my hide. Yeah its fired off, but ultimately, the slot is served better elsewhere i think.

My slotting is going to be frankenslotting with EndMod/Acc and EndMod/Acc/Recharge each from 2 sets., currently i'm endmod/acc x 2 and endmod/acc/rech and the stun proc.

yeah but I don't want any more. I would much prefer if the Devs input time went towards working on stuff all subscribers got. I feel cheated slightly that more and more costume sets are going into booster packs, which is fair enough.

But is Jay and the costume team getting paid just from the boosters, or do they get paid from the subscription fees to do their job? if so, shouldnt more and more of their output be available to me.

In the end, I don't care that much, since if something in the microtransactional packs appeals to me, I can just get it.

    WOW.

"i'm gonna walk through a gate, but im gonna cover it up, so I could be doing it any possible number of ways, if I truely were a magician I would just walk through it and show how awesome i am" - yeah that was fun.

"oh hay im gonna teleport out of this car jumping over the grand canyon into a cage suspended over it, and im gonna show a constant camera shot so i coudltn possibly fake it. But did I mention that my constant camera angle will be obscured by a suspiciously cg looking fireball that flared up conveniently to blot out the actual appearing in the cage thing. Also its totally unbelievable that anyone would be given permission by anyone to jump a car into the grand canyon, but hay!"

yeah like what 30 mins and I hated him. I forget where this is going and what this thread is about, but doom to Criss Angle (sp).
  18. moving towards F2Ps is a step towards (more) microtransactions. Microtransactions are evil.

Does anybody have any numbers for Static Field? How much does it do for END drain, and more importantly how much it gives back? If I put an EndMod enhancement in to it, will it increase the endurance that I get back? I ask because I'm not sure if the enhancement would carry over to the pseudopet in that manner.
Mids only reports Static as summong a pseduopet

RedTomax's data doesnt seem to have been changed.

So all I have to go off is in the ingame numbers.

ok, in game "50.00%% (double % actually in game" chance for -3.00% Endurance on Target" so thats the drain effect

"1.88 AttrEndurance on Target" I'm assuming this is the endurance gift, I dunno when it ticks, I'm led ot believe its per target from the description and i dont, as of yet, know if its enhanceable.

unenhanced for endmod (without logging in to double check) theres a chance for it to drain 1.25 end, and gift 1.25 end. This is per enemy, but I'm not sure on the tick rate, or if this is accurate. People better with data are gonna have to look at it, and i think i checked combat logs and coulnd tsee any quanitification, as pseduopets dont report into the combat log? i'll check when i log on next.

Edit again: Doesnt report any endurance gifting in any log channel i can find, or the amount drained (checked all logs I can find) specifically found a log that the performance shifter proc was reporting in and this just reports a gift from the static field, not the amount given)
  20. I love the runaways, but would prefer a young avengers movie, but thats kind of hard to do without the avengers getting done first!

Against Dr Vaz in Posi, Myself and another electric control Dominator had the AV sapped before 1/4 health was gone.

During Synapse, as the only Electric Control I had Clockwork King sapped to 1/2 by the time we killed him. But its important to note that I take AV fights on my dominator as I'm intended to, by unleashing my full attack chain and throwing out my controls as and when I am able, not priority. If I were to concentrate on sapping I could easily have had him down very quickly.
  22. Not really needed.

    You would still ;

    1) go slower than your team, while being SSK'd up that all that would matter is slots and powers.

    2) reach a point where you would want to turn XP off when things would lock out to you.

As I said, though maybe not clearly, it would powerup most control sets, but ultimately push Earth too far ahead of the game. It would be nice if Synaptic Overload was able to do this, but other than that I'm happy.

Oh, and static field really should be agro free

Its less that the sleep patch becomes negated on large teams, but instead its function changes. It goes from being a safety button, to being a buff button. I've performed a few qualitative tests on TFs, and have noticed positive effects both on my own endurance, and my teams endurance, in laying this down at the start of every fight.
