Have been using Win 7 64 bit Ultimate for over a year now. I have it installed on two machines I built myself. Both run CoH daily. I'm very happy with the OS and have had no issues with CoH. I'm using Microsoft's free Microsoft Security Essentials for an anti-virus anti-malware solution.

Bought the Wedding pack and Cyborg pack. The others I had already effectively gotten for $5 each from bundling with released editions like the Mac or Architect editions. I don't think I ever would have paid $10 for those packs.

My namesake. I like to experience new content (and get new badges) with him first. Not sure after that. Probably my "regulars" that I like to bring on level 50 TF's - my Cold defender and corruptor, my Ill/Rad, etc.. Other than that whatever I've been enjoying playing lately.

I don't do straight 20 merit rolls anymore. I always convert merits to A merits. From there I can decide whether to do 5 rolls with one A merit or to save them to buy something.
At level 32/33 I try to accumulate and random roll as many A merits as I can as I like to stockpile IO's at that level for builds - so that the set bonuses exemp down to 29/30 and you still get decent enhancement numbers. -

Went from 29 to 31, and think my Brute died the most of all of us.
I keep hoping he'll get tough enough to sit in a spawn for 15 seconds without support (especially when I add a new power or set bonus), but no such luck. He'll get there... eventually. He's more fun to play now that he has a few attack powers and his heal, and Lightning Rod in a level should really take the cake.

Kin/EA Brute
SS/Fire Brute
Claws/SR Brute
Inv/SS Tank
TA/Archery Def
Kin/Rad Defender
Elec/Elec Dom
DB/Inv Scrapper
Yes, I'm an altaholic... Other than the scrapper, all are Praetorians. And I plan to take them all blue side. Most are still low level. The Kin/EA brute is the only one that's made it out of Praetoria (and I haven't played him since). Yes, there are little annoyances with the Praetorian arcs, but they are new and shiny and I must play them!
I love brutes. I doubt I'll make many more scrappers. I like the combos brutes have more than scrappers (like SS) and that they have higher hit points and resistance caps than scrappers, can do great damage and have an AOE taunt in their primary.
The only reason I created the scrapper, and put it in Paragon City instead of Praetoria, is because I have a pet project to do every possible hero mission while leveling up (turning off XP when needed). I want to do the same in Praetoria and am planning to use the Claws/SR for that. It's a little more tricky in Praetoria due to side switching and disappearing contacts.
Concerning defenders vs. corruptors, I've been on a defender kick lately and want to make one of each primary. I'll probably be staying away from corruptors for a while. -

To my wife, the smartest, coolest, sexiest, most generous (and most stubborn!) woman I know. I am reminded every day of how lucky I am to be married to you. And I know there are lots of CoH players whose lives you have touched and made a difference for them both in and out of game.
