  1. You think you fight for "justice".
Yet you don't even know what the truth is.
Groups like the resistance don't just randomly exist.
With so many of the preators gone,
You should question what side you're on.
Against super-powered beings you think you can win?
Compared to them, you're just D.U.S.T. in the wind....

  3. I thought this was going to be a new player's impression of their experience. Now I feel silly because you joined the game around the same time I did (if not 11 months sooner lol).

Not that I frequent the forums or memorize names clearly mind you...
  4. Like for example the dirge of chaos story arc had a freakshow boss Killdozer appeared in the second villain clone arc "Good Villains Never Die", and the Dirge it's self was in the new chapter of "Who will die?"

Another example I noticed is that Jekins from the old villain tutorial shows/showed up in a couple of arcs (I'm not sure if these arcs were changed).

  6. I've seen some of the weapons from bleach in second life, I have a los lobos for my custom power ranger avatar in place of the generic saber-guns, and that Cero Mestudra thing or whatever it's called? Spammy and potentially lag-inducing as a super sayin transformation or ACUS combat hud DBZ-style energy gather on SL, if not slightly less so.

But all of these were pretty much made by the same people so IDK...
  7. I like how this person calls it gambling.

    Is CoH banned in canada?

The ones who are in that category and who will refuse to even watch far better examples of anime such as Ghost in the Shell, Akira, Deathnote ( to get a more recent one ), and so on are the most annoying to deal with. Those are the ones like the OP who tend to get confrontation about what the perceive as "too much anime influence" in a game such as this.
Actually I think most people these days think of naruto and bleach when it comes to that sort of thing...but Code Geas and Death Note are also very popular too...

  10. I just want to point out to any one who thinks numina will die, or to anyone who countered the surviving 8 aspect: Numina is already dead. This arc is called "who will die".

You can't actually KILL a ghost. It's a concept that's over my head, but they don't "die".

Not even weapons that are especially designed to say "slay" a ghost KILLS them. Why would you even NEED such weapons if you can already physically harm ghosts in this game anyway?

edit: aww <BLEEP!> I just noticed I seriously contradicted myself there >.< but I'll just go with the fact that ghosts are magic and thus can't have everything about them explained scientifically or with normal logic...(Because if it were explainable, they would be scientific, not magic...)

Toku is genera, and yet it's pretty broad it's self. Ranging from Monster Movies like Godzilla to things like Kamen Rider and Super Sentai/Power Rangers

See the thing about Anime and Toku, is that they have tons of sub-generas.
  12. I'm not one of the ones that obsesses over it. Though I do agree that grown men buying the toys is beyond absurd.

I also find the recruitionist types to be absurd, and by appearances, very pushy.

The majority of this fandom falls into very negative areas and overall are not TOLERANT of other people disliking the show and show no LOVE to the haters.

They also seem to not realize that some people are simply very closed-minded and will never like the show and will criticizer people who do.

I've long since come to terms with these facts.

I'd also like to point out that at least half of them are hypocrites by the dictionary meaning of the term: They are not loving or tolerant.

Aside from avoiding labels that are constantly viewed negatively for valid reasons and not being active in the community, this is why I do not like calling myself a Brony

So whenever my katana scrapper draws his sword, sakura petals fall, and enemies DIE.
Well that sure explains Lightning's Getsalt Drive finisher in FF13 (and by extention, her ex burst in 012DFF)...

Marvel actually made an offical sub? Took em long enough! I mean really, half of the things Toei makes that have connections to america get official subs. (Or is it just Kamen Rider First/Next and digimon? >.<)

Well, it could be a hybrid of both the hero and The titan here. In spite of all the greek naming, AP was named for the hero, not the titan. Prometheus just happened to be living in another plane around there...
  15. Oh yea, one last edit:

You should really hang out around virtue's atlas park and look at all of the awesome costume desgins. Pocket D has most people in their SECRET IDENTITY outfits. >.>

  16. While I won't deny that Prea would need EATs, the whole idea of a powerset based on HELLfire seems pretty darn villainous to me.

Not to say all demons are evil, just inherently chaotic evil. Whether or not they stay evil is another story...
  17. I noticed that war witch mentioned that she would soon have a successor, but did she ever actually get one?

I know apex showed up again recently but what about Horus?

Also on a related note, will we learn what became of the shining stars?
  18. Sounds like an interesting idea for a villain AT, but you have to make a hero ice-based AT as well
  19. Wait what? When did this happen? Or did I just overlook it?

    Edit: wait they're not inherit?
  20. So it goes like this right?:

Mattwo wants the new TP and Flight powers for WS and PBs respectively.

Mattwo thinks that it's unfair that they can't have them while other ATs can.

RP Level: RP-friendly but we do casual RP every now and then. This is currently optional.

    PvP Level: Not certain.

*Theme/Concept: We are a SG for bronies.

*Activity: We have very few members at the moment and most of them (even our leader) are rarely active.

Requirements for Membership: Only requirement is that you are a brony as this is a brony-themed SG, pony heroes/villains optional for the time being.

*Leadership: Glittering Dusk (Hero) Mare Lune or DJ Pwn3 (Villain)

    *In-Game Contact(s): @Chakat Streak @Lady Bloodhunt @Mattwo

*Out-of-Game Contact(s): ChakatSilver (Raptr) ChakatSilverstreak (Steam) Chakat Silver (Xbox Live) Mattwo7 (twitter) Mattwo (steam) Mattwo (Raptr) Mattwo (Deviantart).

URL: The group's website, if you have one.

    Coalition(s): None.

Other Details: We need active members so I @mattwo, co-base editor and recruiter can work on the functional aspects of the base before handing the base editing to our current second in command for ascetical details.

Also @Chakat Streak doesn't get on much so she has left us to run the group more actively.
  22. Ok I used search and I did't see an answer to this: What if we AREN'T using a re-occurring payment method like a time card or paypal?
  23. I'm sure they've got enough votes to hear you by now. I'm also certain that they were probably planning on it for the next animal pack. If not, they probably are now.
  24. Just a bit of a suggestion: Add tiger and cheetah/leopard tails
