[/ QUOTE ] Stalker doesn't have a "clicky" at all. The Stalker temps are all AUTO. As long as you went onto the platform to become empowered, you'll automatically be able to enter the room. No need to leave any powertray slots open, because there is nothing to put there.
On a side note, the range on the blinkies is far enough to be able to click them from near the doorway, without even entering the room. (But through testing, you'll still have to be a Stalker, or you'll get a "You can not complete this objective" error when you try to click them) -

I wonder if there is something that links them together. That might explain why the teleport powers (PocketD, SGBase, Mission) get interrupted by somebody dropping an Ouro Portal..

$target does not seem to act the same way... but it doesn't seem to want to actually send unless your target is within targetable range.
For example:
I clicked on somebody on my friend's list, and $target still shows their name while using chat binds, but when trying to use $target to send the e-mail, it says "$target" does not exist"
But when the target is standing next to me, the same exact line of code sent the e-mail successfully, even with spaces in the name.
In short.. what you are trying to do SHOULD work, providing you are conducting this tutorial session "in-person". -

Others include:
/bind targetcustomnext Toxic
/bind targetcustomnext Guardian
In fact, I have a bind that starts the bind, so I can readily use it for named bosses or other objectives in missions as well:
/bind DIVIDE "beginchat /bind tilde targetcustomnext "
Then I simply press / and type what I want to search for.. then keep pressing the ~ key to search. -

Im not certain but I think the quote marks are in the wrong spots, I've always seen it formated as:

They are 1280x960 and designed to be displayed using the "center" option, with a dark blue desktop background.
They may not be for you, but they might be worth a look anyway. At least then it wil lchange every month and you wont have to worry about getting sick of it. -

It's currently working fine for me.

Make sure you edit the files to reflect the new path of: $$ bindloadfile c:\covbinds\hover.txt -

[/ QUOTE ] Depending on how your operating system is handling the game's directory access permissions, try saving the files in "c:\cohbinds\" instead, and then refer to them using the full path. That seems to work better for some people.
Either that, or you accidentally named the file hover.txt.txt or put it in the wrong directory.. or today's patch broke bindloads too.. haha

MB was kind enough to run this with IRON this past Sunday evening, and these were the two factors we failed to consider for the final room, villainside.
1. The stalker temp power may not be awarded correctly, but IMO it's not a deal breaker. It's far more fun to take on those insane 5th Column ambushes while the brute holds Reichsman's aggro.

I haven't had any problems with it while actually using my Stalker though. The only part I didn't realize at first is that the power can wear off, and/or you can lose it when you die, so you have to occasionally jump back on the platform to refresh it.. or you'll accidentally kill yourself trying to go into the room.. lol
Anyway, it was a good thing a couple of us did have Shivans on hand or else we might not have been able to damage him enough to offset his phase periods. lol

Every inherent is a power, including Conditioning. So it is separate from the base, and not enhanceable.

That isn't how it works in many cases. Scrapper Crits, Gauntlet, Containment, Scourge, and Defiance are all coded into the AT's powersets and the "Inherent Power" is just a blank placeholder for the inherent explanation.
Same with Conditioning, except it is an actual base increase in regen and recovery.
[/ QUOTE ] In this case, I'm assuming the bug is that the powers/bonuses are using a global variable #BASE_RECOVERY 1.67, instead of the VEAT's modified value.. resulting in conflicting information being displayed by the Combat Attributes, which IS using the modified value in it's calculations.
Either way, there is a bug somewhere. -

I ran this with Turg a few nights ago and found out that even though the blinkies can be clicked by anybody from outside the little laser room, you just get a "You cannot complete this objective" if you are not an empowered Stalker, so if we don't have one.. I'll bring mine.

Disabling or adjusting an affected foe would probably just be serverside and not require a client patch.. unless of course they remove a foe entirely, which might require a tweak to the AE UI to reflect the change, but that's about it. lol
There are other fixes/changes coming our way as well. -
Not only that, but the correct page isn't even displaying "current server status" (right now anyway). lol
