You don't enter the four binds into the chat, you save them into separate text files by each of those names, then you only need to load one of the binds manually, and the bind will then work on it's own after that.

Good tips for older systems that might have problems with regular system lag.

It can't fix this issue though.

The problem here is a particular provider gumming up the works. It's not the player computer's fault, and it's not the server's fault. It's a point in-between. You (and me) just happen to be in locations that don't pass through the area being affected, and it's not a problem for us, whereas it seems there is a large population of other people who have issues keeping stable connections on the route to the East Coast servers from wherever they are.

Keep in mind these are not personal prestige badges. These are SG badges.
YOU wont have the badge, but the SG might.
Everybody in your SG contributes to them.

You can view SG badges by opening your Badges tab and pressing the "Supergroup Badges" button at the bottom.
These prestige badges should be under Achievement.

I would guess that this is the answer here. You don't get badge credit while in AE missions.. so even though your SG may benefit from the prestige you earn, you wouldn't get the credit toward the SG prestige badge while running AE content.

I mentioned that to you above, and it's been that way for as long as I can remember.
I suppose I vaguely remember it your way when I first started, but I wouldn't have been paying attention to lvl ranges or things like that at the time, so I really can't say for certain that it ever was or wasn't the way you remember it.

There are a lot more Magic contacts than that. I listed them above. Who did you have before Hugo? IIRC, if one of them has a contact for you, it sometimes prevents the newer contacts from introducing you to anybody as well. You might have to visit the contacts even lower and see what's going on with them as well.

I hope you find it. If not.. there's always the safeguard suggestion as well.

That shows you how much time I spend on Villains, and/or need to respec while I'm there. I'm usually only on Villains for scheduled group activities.. then again, that's usually the only time I'm anywhere these days. haha

I've got a young scrapper that could use Synapse as well. Maybe we can just run them back to back, or at least a small time period apart from each other, and fit them both in.

If you have not done any of Peter's missions either, he might not care who you are to send you to Cadao. You'd have to go back to the previous tier (25-29) and check those contacts as well.

If you have already done that, then I don't know what to tell you. It looks to me like it's working as intended, other than the message being a little misleading. Other people were complaining about that when AE came out as well. Like Fulmens implied, the AE Manager is a lvl 6-50 contact, making him always the highest lvl on your "to-do" list, and the un-introduced contacts will tell you to go talk to him, rather than one of your other active contacts.

Yes, even if you already completed the AE Manager's "tutorial", he'll still be on your "to-do" list because like you implied, your previous contact is normally the one that would send you to another contact, so it always defaults to telling you to go to the AE Manager as being your highest level contact.

I think they just reduced it because they realized that even 100M isn't practical to achieve through normal gameplay either. I'm sure arena farming will still happen for non-healing toons and/or to make that last push to 10M.

This isn't to say that gladiator heals will always count, but it's more likely that it'll be taken away at a later date if they find that "too many people are earning it that way", instead of naturally.

That's the way they have always worked. IIRC, there are very few contacts you can just walk up and talk to. Those are usually Hazard zone contacts like David in The Hollows, Gordon in Croatoa, Stephanie in Striga, and the General in the Shard. Other contacts that you can just click on include ones that introduce you to new content, like the AE manager, the ones involved in crafting at the University, the contacts in Ouroboros, and Levantera in RWZ.

You probably weren't introduced to her yet either. Besides the typical "I have nothing for you" message, contacts you have not been introduced to yet will usually send you to one of your other active contacts, or to one of the content-contacts I listed above, even if you have already run their "tutorial".

Arbiter Rein is the initial Patron contact in GV.

The Villain respec contact is Arbiter Lupin, who is steps away from Arbiter Frederick (the Trainer in the Nerva).

The wiki also lists Arbiter Sawyer, who is near the Pocket D entrance in PO, but I've never heard of him before. Is he new?

I don't know if it'd be professional for NCsoft to release the specific contact information for the company at fault. If they did, you know how things easily get out of hand. Some people would complain to that address every time they had the least bit of lag... even though it might not be their fault next time. lol

I do hope it clears up for you soon though.

Actually, it used to say "Calendars by @Master-Blade", and somebody commented "did you see the calendars somebody linked to?", so I added the "(me)" at the end so they know I'm actually the one that made them too. This of course wont be necessary soon, now that I'm signing my calendars. lol

Then, when I changed my forum handle, I replaced it with "Mateo_06 (me)", just as a transition period. You guys know my global, so it's no big deal, but I changed it so people who might not know my global name will still know who I am (or used to be known as) when I post in Player Questions or the Tech forum. lol

I'll probably eventually change it back to "@Master-Blade", but I'll give it a little while. Some people still call me Mateo up in those forums. haha
