By any chance, are you using a character that has the Invulnerability powerset?.. and do you have Invincibility turned on?
If so, then you are experiencing a known issue. The sound you would normally hear when the power is toggled on, is instead triggered every second you have one of the secodary buffs of that power (when foes are in range).
Workarounds?
Play without the sound.
Don't use that power.
Play in PvP zones (for some reason, it doesn't do it there.) -

If you are on your PlayNC account page and open your game account, the "download client" link should point to the appropriate client to match your account.
If not, check the upper-right-hand corner for the Language selection. If it says "English (US)", sometimes it makes all links on the page point to the US website and US client download. If you change it to "English (GB)", all links should point to the EU website and EU client download instead. -

Off the top of my head, I have some (~250M) Inf on both sides on Justice and Virtue, some Inf on Triumph and some Influence on Victory. I may randomly find money on others servers. On Freedom, I have "a lot". -

Just the backup and personal bind files are saved on the computer. The actual bind information is actually saved on the server in your character info. Sometimes the binds don't save correctly on the server, and only sit in the current instance of your character and are lost upon relogging or zoning.
Steps that usually fix this:- Save your keybinds (you already did)
- Open your options and "Reset KeyBinds" (to server default)
- THEN load your personalized bind file
- Log out (to hopefully force a save)
- Have a meal, browse the forums, use a different character, or do something else to occupy your time for 20-30 minutes or so to ensure the character's status isn't still sitting in the server's "memory".
- Log the character back in and see if it worked/"sticks"

www.paragonwiki.com used to point to the old site which is no longer officially updated, and we were told not to use it anymore. Soon after the site was "moved", the paragonwiki.com reference was fixed and currently points to the correct location. Anybody with bookmarks to the old site should change them. -
