We have uncovered a bug that is affecting some groups, in cases like this there are usually a few more select groups, so we'd like to help CS find you and get you back up and running.

When do you crash: Anywhere from 15 mins, up to 2 hours
Does it affect all : As far as I know
Does if affect only characters in one SG/VG : As far as I know it does
Just found out...the crashing is affecting characters not in the VG/SG
