... I just took my 15 minute break to go to the nearest internet cafe and discuss this. Missinformed is right, I am more obsessed with the boards than the game.

1) The wedding: Incredible idea and a masterful event. Love it.

2) Spring Fling: I'm guessing this is a repeat of before, but *shrug*, I'll just sit back and let those that missed the previous events benefit. No harm to me.

3) Looks like Perfect_Pains idea of paying for individual boosts (with which I strongly agreed, on SOME parts) came to fruition. True, this was clearly underway before she suggested it, the woman is clearly a prophet.

Death_Conquerer, while I don't think paying for a minor boost is a bad idea, I very much believe that this is overpriced. $5 or $6 would be out of my wallet without question. $10 is a huge hesitance.

All in all, this is going to be fantastic, barring #3.

As I familiarize myself more with the City of X progression concepts, I'm beginning to have an inclination that these powers should be unlocked similar to the costume slots, capes, and titles. That is to say, supplementary gains at certain levels.

What can the City Scoop do to make the idea more paletable?

My personal (read: individual and not official Scoop) idea was that we pick themes a bit more guided in theme but open ended in potential.

"Your own worst enemy"

"The moment of victory"

"Endure"

Do those sound like themes one could work with?

On the other side of things, what could we do with Snow_Globe's theme that would make it more enticing? Letting the artists vote on an art style? Extend/Shrink the time period? Offer prizes to participates of note?

There's a lot of potential in the idea of a "Meet the Theme" art challenge. Let's grow a bit and then harvest it, like a Little Sister with oh so much Adam.

I'm going to judge the amount of work put forth and pace myself accordingly.

I would feel much more comfortable considering that video if I had a confirmation of the original artist and their approval of this submission. Trying to avoid complications, ya know.

Marcian Tobay here, dusting off my reporters cap and announcing Fan Broadcast of the Week.

Using the new Multi-Media section, we're very eager to highlight a lot of the fan work for City of X that falls into that nebulous zone of not quite artwork and not quite fan fiction.
