That's understandable and I can completely empathize with not being able to afford to go. Particularly considering how rough the economy is right now. But just because you can't go doesn't make it a "local" event (especially considering the overwhelming number of non-locals who attend). By that line of thinking, I could call GenCon a "local" event...and we all know that certainly isn't the case.

I was looking to make a COH related website and needed some advice/help.
I was looking for a good webhost (game related would be awesome), and a place (if not there as well), that has free webpage templates?
I am not a programmer and am new to making a webpage.
I appreaciate any help.
