Also, go to your *open* contacts in person! sometimes if you have ever talked to them but not taken their missions, the arc can be flagged as open even if you have never run a mission.

If you are already playing Coh/V and added Going Rogue to your existing account, when you log in now and create a NEW toon, you should be presented with the option on creating a preatorian or hero or villain. The game client is already downloaded for you, you just had to get access.

I monitor things (especially in the lower levels) like:
Infamy
cause I wanna know if I can afford to buy that next shiny!
Fly speed
Debt
XP to next level
and assorted other things depending on what I want to know at what time in my toon's progress. -

No merits of any sort are awarded during an alignment change, however - the alignment change is the reward in that case.
If so, where does one use those merits as I recall not being able to access the Crucible once I rogued. -
Is there a guide for these? I will admit to being totally confused by how to get these.

Ok several times since I19 went live, I have used the *quit to character select screen* to switch toons. Each and every time, it has dropped me to the log in screen with the notification that *This account is already logged on* not to my character select and I have to click the "login" button to continue. Is this how it is supposed to work?

<raises hand> I dun it! I stole the ins, muney, enh and anything else the pvp areas does....
Bee cause I REFUSE to go in those zones except to grab the badges and get out again. So without any loot to be had, the zones be free for me to get exploration badges without having to put up with the things that go on in those zones. -
It wasn't mentioned in the other answers, but your toon needs to be over level 40

We are in process of running the Sicrroco's arc now. So we may be presented with the patron powers after finishing the arc?

And we have stayed villains. Now to Patron powers - we are the following AT's:
Tank
Scrapper
Controller
Defender
Why do we not get to choose from the Patron power pool? We instead, have been presented only with Epic power pool options. Is this working as intended? -
My friends and I are using xfire's voice capability. It's very stable and easy to use. Even has a nifty little transparent patch that shows on the game screen which will show the name of the person that is talking. Doesn't require a server. Did I mention it is free?

It seems that ever since my MM decided she wanted to live in Paragon with her collection of demons and a pretty snazzy whip that the populous has decided to steer clear.
Is it perhaps because she ignores the dress code of the street and wears only a belt and some jewelry that the citizens are aghast and have decided to not be in her presence?
