May I propose a change to the conventional thinking on Raids?

I understand the need for 1 Bubble so its easier to follow ppl without having "follow" on, but I suggest that all Bubblers have dispersion bubble up and they all use auto-follow to stay with the 1 bubbler lead. This way all the bubbles will be in one place and there wont be confusion on who to follow.

The reason is as follows: Bubbles stack. and that defense is AoE. I have heard the arguement that Hami dmg is untyped and therefore indefensible, but Positron's explanation of defense indicates that the AoE portion should be kicking in - REGARDLESS OF TYPE. It is AoE all.

I know for a fact that I personally have had PFF up and when Hami started hitting the group and it protected me. Everyone around me went down.

At the very least, it is worth a test.

The easiest way is to send in an SR scrapper beefed up on either purple inspirations or by bubblers.

I know. I got that on the next revision along with all the craftable defensive items. I'm also going to try and put the decorative items on there as well. All I need is enough free time to do it all!

List of Toggle Dropping Powers

I wanted to put something like this together for my own benefit and for others. So here it is. Once I get an idea of how villains work, I can add a chart with villain toggle droppers.

Base Values for Powers

There are a few things that are still missing from this guide. The first are the base values for the various Defender primaries and Controller secondaries. If you have any of these numbers, please post them here.

Also missing from this guide are the new values for both Invincibility and Energy Absorption, which I haven't been able to get a hold of since they changed these two powers.

If you find any errors to the values in these lists, please post them here and provide the correct values.

That's only for multiple non-payments. The first time you miss just don't pay, and you cuold hold off essentially forever. The second time you do it I believe that it locks you out.

Heh, me and CZ had a crazy night in Siren's the other night. I was on Maldini and he was on his Prince of Carnia troller. It was us two against 6 stalkers. That's right...6 stalkers. They couldn't kill us at all and we were taking them out left and right. At the end of it all, many were frustrated and one hopped on his hero and joined us, lol.

That was some crazy stuff. It was like swatting at a swarm of flies as they swooped in, trying to get off an AS and then got interrupted by Arctic Air, Hurricane, etc.

Level 45 and above. And the more trollers, defenders, blasters in level range on the server, the better

I also ran into Drizzit while searching for Christmas gifts in PI. Heh, we were racing each other to the spawn points...

Now do you really think that Air Superiority and Hurl are necessary in a build. They both serve the same purpose: -Fly. In PvP, one is sufficient, and I'd rather go with Hurl since it's a ranged attack. It's all preference of course.

Well I didn't really team with, but I did run into Amazing Brute in PI the other night. He was killing in the Portal Corp Parking Lot.
