The only one I've skipped so far is the Fire Helmet.

For everything else, I've gotten them just about as soon as they hit the market, even if I don't have any immediate plans to use them.

It's just something where the inability to come up with a costume to fit a character will prevent me from making the character, so I want all the options I can have.

Who else would it be? The Dream Doctor hasn't displayed a tendency to talk about himself in the third person, and Silos was the only other person at the meeting.

It makes sense too, since he's got a lot of experience with time travel, I'd believe he's seen shades of possible futures.

Well, given the last thing Silos says in that cutscene, it seems like the animosity doesn't go both ways between the two.

You can't. You can convert an ATO and then transfer the converted ATO into an Alt, but it requires respecing or enhancement unslotters.

Yes, there certainly are soldiers who are heroic and perform acts of heroism.

There are also soldiers who turn machine guns on unarmed, naked people.

Not any time. I remember at least once before this being disappointed that they weren't releasing a freespec with some changes.

That's a hard argument. Would you expect a whig to praise "Those heroic Redcoats, fighting in the colonies, protecting England's best interests."

I didn't get that feeling at all from the Dark Astoria arcs. Sure, the missions where I controlled an NPC were not about me, but it was content that would otherwise be handled by an amount of expository text. I'm not going to object to plot development.

Not individual experiences, no. There was actually at one point a developer statement about when freespecs could be expected. It was made when one of the issues was launched without a freespec.

The statement said essentially that freespecs are given when the changes to the game merit it, or as a special bonus to celebrate certain events, such as the winter event and the anniversary.

This year, however, I don't think we got a freespec with the winter event.
