Quick comments ....

Rad Aura - replace a recharge with end red, this sucker is expensive to use!

Rad Infection - ugh ... x3 tohit debuff 1x def debuff, 1 end red, 1 rec red.

Ling Rad - take a slow out and swap with an Acc if you ever want it to hit 'when you need it the most'

Irriadiate - replace a rec red with an end red.

Electron Haze - replace power with anything

Cosmic Burst - add in at least a disorient and pref a rec red and end red as well.

Not a fan of Atomic Blast but it looks cool ...

Other than that your ok

Very PvP which I dunno is your intention or not.

Have one of these myself as you prolly now so here goes

For each of the 2 bubbles, add an endurance reducer as by the time you bubble a full team your really going to be low.

Take an acc out of Blind and replace with a hold. A second could be dropped in favour of an endurance reducer.

For Deceive I just use an Acc and an endurance reducer. A confuse duration will be added later.

I dislike Flash but the slotting looks ok.

Hasten I don't have any need but with having Flash in this build, perhaps you require it for this.

Superior Invis I have 3 endurance reducers in it.

(Fly is my travel power at 14)

Recall friend is another I have no need for and again, looks like part of a PvP build.

PA is x3 recharge, 1 acc and x2 damage for me.

Group Invis I'd either have 1 slot (mine atm) or 2x rec red.

Disp Bubble I've got x3 and x3 in it

As mentioned from others, Stamina at this point is way too late.

Phantasam doesn't require a recharge, either remove the slot or replace with another acc or go funky with fly speed or something

Teleport Foe I wouldn't have and at this point I'd get Repulsion Field for self protection. Or Force Bolt.

Not sure what Epics I'd pick yet so cant comment and have no experience yet with Force Bubble.

Oh and get Spect Terror - its great!

I did _very_ brief experiment with this on the test server. It does a slow pulse/tick and requires a to hit roll to work and I think it only effects minions, tho I may be wrong there.

Should it hit then the targets start to wander around dazed.

Depending on your style and powersets it could be great or more trouble than it is worth

Seems to work better out of the tin than the scrapper version from discussions with someone who had it on their scrapper.

Got a lvl 35 controller* that I could bring along and seeing as I've not attempted this TF, should be fun

7pm is fine, could push it back half an hour but no more than that if earlier start suits others ...

Well I've been soloing the Croatoa missions with Pink Ember over the last few weeks and even appeared for a whole TF with her last week

Once in a while I'll dust her off and get her online but not that often for now, tho I do enjoy playing a fire breathing tank

Level 42.1 !

Been uber busy doing TF's with other 1 AT heroes this past week that poor Radio has hardly had a sniff at teaming

Under 3 bars from 42 but still struggles to a team it seems.

However with the TF stuff out the way, hopefully of at least level 42 and a nudge towards 43 this week.

(I work best with a tanker that can hold aggro and a troller who can trap them for the debuffs to really do there thing)

Waited till about 7.20pm and started without Stryker Force sadly

Completed in about 3 hours with only a few deaths when certain heroes thought they were tanks

If I can get those 4 levels on my Precision Raider troller I'll try and make it with him, failing that I'll probably be around for the 'other' side

Mind you, either way I don't feel comfortable in Sirens Call

Assuming I'm finished the 2nd respec with Radiotherapy, I'd really like to bring Sound Blaster to this now he's of the level todo so

I'll take first dibs on sk from you

Failing that it would be Vixen Medic as she needs as much inf as she can get to upgrade those SO's of hers.

Never attempted this, so I'll bring along Radiotherapy for some action after this weeks TF alt fest

Hoping he reaches level 42 out of this

Managed to make an appearance with Crazy Carto for a bit for the villains.

Oddly enough his level 15 PvE DO build didn't fare too well

Think the only thing I managed todo was help take down Ice Duke with a fair few henchman and who knows what else aiding my feeble efforts

Trying to match that level 50 ice controller was a hoot

Yeah was fun tanking for a change, tho shame I couldn't get the hero I wanted in.

Well after the top work on the SS TF earlier tonight, I can now send in my blaster for this one too!

Others are available if urgently required but prefer to level this hero up first.

First you need to reach level 24.
Then you need at least another 3 players to join your team.
Finally the contact for the first respec trial is located in Independance Port, on the bridge that leads to Terra Volta (she is located at the end away from that entrance).
