I'd go with EF at this point. Slap that on your fire cages and things really start to melt away

On my defender I used x3 end red and x1 rec red to compensate for long and quick battles. You could probably get away with the x2 end red as suggested above for a good few levels.

LR is great too but more situational and the 1 slow, 3 recharge and 2acc is about the best way to slot it.

Just don't use that bugged DA tp, unless you like dropping from large heights

Theres a few in the 20-32 range but most are below and like myself, prefer playing the more established heroes they have got.

I try and play for an hour before bed from either 11-12 or 12-1am but not always.

Was logged on my one hero not in the coalition for most of the night so only stumbled onto this info when Phil said there were "like 200 heroes under Atlas"

Yeah after starting the game on release day with MajikMan and then stopping at level 21 for what seemed forever - creating 2 alts (Cartomancer (rerolled twice!) and Vixen Medic) before Radiotherapy and then alot more and playing everything, I finally did it!

MajikMan will now get brought out of semi-retirement (my apologies to those who I leave behind in Night Wings) as there seemed to be a shortage of tanker players around.

Course I'll still be playing a few more than him (Kheldians? ) tho most of them have a target level of 30 or 32 before being put into 'semi-retirement' home.

Thats just the heroes tho

TA on a defender is not something I'd like to try but as mentioned many times, it rocks as a controller secondary so it must be even better with the full impact on a primary

I've now gained a respec for my Rad/Rad and will now be doing a lot of tests on the test server till I am happy with the results.

Anyway, for a almost level 30 rad/rad I would _plead_ with you to get fitness for that stamina power as the longer you can keep those toggles of yours running (provided your not getting stunned to hell ect )the better.

So in short:

Get Swift/Hurdle + Health + Stamina

Get Radiation Infection its the best power you have

Drop Fallout

Drop the invis pool

Drop recall friend

Fly vs Super Jump (to get to Acrobatics) is the toughest choice I see. I miss Hover to avoid melee damage and in the late game, some maps are just _lethal_ for you to jump around in (even with the stealth should you keep it). I'm seeing if I can have both in my build!

Only moves you have to be mistaken for a damage dealer are Cosmic Burst and Proton Volley. CB is a 'must have' and it can be slotted for damage or more disorient duration. Proton Volley is just 'cool' along the lines of Propel.

I used Neutron Bolt, X-Ray Beam and Electron Haze at the start and hated it. Changed to NB, Irradiate, Cosmic Burst and Proton Volley to get from the mid 20's to the early 30's before removing PV for Neutron Bomb for a few levels.

From 39 to 48 I now have NB, Irradiate and Cosmic Burst. I find that the mobs are often gone by the time I've debuffed them and in mid animation on Irradiate I hope to add in PV and Atomic Blast/Neutron Bomb (again) just for fun/emergencies.

With a 4 slotted PowerSink it may be possible to run without Fitness pool and again, I'm trying this out. Other Epics I found just didn't suit me but your taste may vary

It may be in your interest to see if you can team with Kaya X who is looking todo the first respec trial with a scrapper and team there and give yourself some options on the test server, before commiting to anything.

Teamed with a controller with Sonic (funcky) and although the large bubble sound on activation/door entry/exit was exceptionally unnerving to me, looked cool.

Have a level 26 Sonic blaster and find it very easy to solo (slowly) given the amount of control in the powers, all be it at the expense of raw damage output.

I'll come along then with Sound Blaster (lvl 26 er blaster) but can swap into a few for this.

Radiotherapy for any respec (his 2nd) and whatever for anything else going - just poke me with a stick or heavy object so I don't forget or confuse time/day

My pref would be either defender or the Earth troller as the others are either lacking in tricks or need some fresh enhancements.
